Palak needs to learn how to treat customers
The strong, delicious smell of the warm cookies intrigued me into entering the store. The staff were extremely polite and respectful, and helped me with finding a sub that my taste buds would enjoy. The vegetables were fresh and the cookies, were warm and crispy
Owner s nature very very nice and helpful
Ordered the steak and cheese and there was no steak, maybe two tablespoon of steak on the entire foot long sandwich
Made a complaint and got a generic email from the store owner
Maybe don't order subs from this place earlier in the day, I ordered a 6inch on Italian bread at 11am and the bread was definitely from the day before, and honestly that would be ok but it was rock hard lol, maybe atleast inspect your bread if you're planning to use old bread?

The lady is rude but the man is nice. When I asked the lady for double chocolate cookie she gave me a chocolate chunk instead.

I ordered spicy mozzarella. At every subway they place 6 pieces in footlong but in this subway it’s only 4 pieces and I have to tell them to add more veggies although my mobile order say more veggies where ever required.

I would give it a no stars if I could. On November 27, 2023, I got an E. coli infection from this place. As a working mother, I just stopped in to get a quick bite. Stay away from this place. And the owners of this franchise? Please enhance your safety measures. I will not be returning.

Busy weekday Subway franchise. Service was quick and courteous. Had a footlong rotisserie chicken footlong sub. You would need to ask them to put more vegetables as their standard ingredients seem underfilled. Other than that, everything is normal as expected from a Subway franchise. The food court area is clean and has plenty of seating.
Kid-friendliness: No kids meal options available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramps, entrances/exits and dining tables in the food court.

Dirty and disgustingI use to come here to get sandwiches during all my 3 pregnancies. I want today to this location after my doctor appointment and ordered steak and avocado wrap. The guy who started making my wrap dropped few of wraps on the floor, picked them up and put them back to the shelf on top of the clean one. I mentioned to Vlad, who was finishing my wrap about what his colleague did.I paid for my wrap and threw it to the garbage because I don’t know if mine wasn’t on the floor before like the previous one. It’s not safe at all to eat from this place. So many pregnant women buying food there and can get food poisoning or get some bacteria. Waste of money. Who give them food handling certificates if they put back to the shelf food from the dirty floor?
Fresh bread and veggies. Well staffed during the lunch rush.I would highly recommend this Subway Sandwich location.
I always like to stop by and enjoy subways. This location is very nice. I used to order my tuna sub or the Philly cheesteak. Price is reasonable. There is Tim's next door. Subway station is right there too. Beautiful queens park for a stroll and great hospitals and medical buildings in the area too. I was lucky to capture and watch the beautiful pegions last autumn.

Seems a little understaffed during lunch rush. Otherwise a good subway.
