Hello, twice at this location I have watched staff refuse to wrap a footlong as two six inches for parent's and children sharing a meal. When asked why staff just said "they can't do it". The kids are in the hospital, give them a break...

Pathetic!!!!
Asked for extra black olives. She barely put any and then tells me that it's "extra". I ask for more and with a straight face and rude tone says "no,it's already extra". I mean, you have to be blind to think you put extra black olives in there. You put the least i've ever had in a sub and claim that's extra? I then ask her name and she says, "why". No answer. Got her name from the manager, who was also rude and unapologetic. The girl's name was Ruby by the way.

Brutal customer service, sneaky bag fee that they don’t tell you about. Not a good experience for parents living in the hospital.
I ordered two foot long sandwiches and one bowl of salad. I ordered it online from app and there was option of special notes. I added, cut my both sandwiches in two pieces and pack separately. When I got my order, it was not in two pieces and pack separate. I told employee. He said, I cannot do that. I request to the team of Subway. Please do not provide these kind of service. Specially in hospitals. Thank you

Bad management!!!! The worst subway manager in the store was very rude and used abusive language. terrible customer service. If you and your employees don't want to be there, you should find another job. Managers shouldn’t be in the customer service industry at all.
This Subway location serves the patients, visitors and staff of sick kids and it is currently not open to the general public. So what do they do with this special situation? They are constantly out of stock on items (even as dinner time starts), they jack up their prices, their employees are rude, their manager is unsympathetic to the needs of customers, and they don’t honour coupons. So they gouge customers (many of which are parents there with their hospitalized children). Here’s a tip: if you are sold out of something, offer a small token of appreciation to the inconvenienced customer that at least tries to admit some fault or sympathy to someone who does not need to choose your Subway location for lunch or dinner. I won’t be back to this garbage location. I’m not going to be treated as if they’re doing me a favour by making me a sandwich. I’m the one paying. I’m the one who just wants some lunch/dinner. So, in conclusion, whomever is in charge of this location, or Subway Canada in general, needs to make some changes at the Sick Kids location, because they seem to have forgotten that they need to keep customers happy or they might go someplace else, like I did and will continue to do in the future.
