I don’t usually leave low ratings, but this location has been consistently disappointing. They often skimp on the protein, sometimes giving what feels like half the normal portion (as mentioned in other reviews). A few times, I’ve ordered a specific bread through the app and received something different without any explanation. I’m totally fine with substitutions if something is out, but a quick heads-up would go a long way.
I used to order here often since it’s right under my building and very convenient, but after several repeat issues, I’ve started going to the other Subway a block away on Queen Street.

Worst service. They behave so rudely if you are late to speak what sauce you want. They serve it like they are giving it for free. Message to Owner replace your staff!

Worst excuse of a sandwich. So few toppings the bun was fully rolled in on itself. I was eating a wrap. Wish I took a photo but i was super hungry. Never coming or ordering from here again. Way better sandwiches around, dont come here

Been going to Subway for over thirty years. I sometimes try something new . Today tried the Cuban crunch. I was disappointed. So much so that I never finished my sub . I should of stuck to the cold cut combo. It never fails. The staff are usually quite friendly and the place , clean.

I ordered online not knowing that the sandwich combo I paid over $8 dollars for was the size of a post it note pad. When I picked it up the girl didn’t even look to see what I ordered and didn’t give me my drink. When I asked she told me to relax. On top of it all the fountain pop machine had no ice and the ooo was warm. Never again, m sub next time.
