I ordered 2 subs for delivery that were virtually identical and one tasted as if an entire salt shaker had been dumped on it, rendering it completely inedible. I filled out an only complaint form and the owner, Mitu Patel, responded with a pre-filled out form and apologized for the poor service I experienced from his staff when I was in the restaurant. I have never stepped foot in that restaurant so he clearly doesn’t read any complaints sent. I filled out the same form multiple times and received identical emails to his first reply. I finally got ONE that was personalized and was offered a replacement sub (he also claimed that he never replied personally before because he didn’t have my contact info but that doesn’t explain how I was able to receive his careless, thoughtless form letters previously). That’s great but I have serious mobility issues and this location would be impossible for me to get to. I attempted multiple times to get Mitu to assist me or contact me or speak to me, all via the online form, but never heard back. This owner is untrustworthy. He told me his staff lied to him about the salt and he checked the cameras. I don’t need all these details, especially when he’s blaming his minimum waged employees. I’ll never order from here again. I will tell everyone in my 36 story building to avoid this location and I hope this review finds him so he can start showing some appreciation and respect for his customers. Farewell Mitu Patel

Listen, I am not one to make google reviews but, the guy who made my sandwich did a PHENOMENAL job. I had the 6 inch Spicy Italian on Herb & Cheese bread toasted with cheese, which is my usual go too. But, this time something was different in the air. The way he handled my sandwich with such finesse and care for his craft almost brought a tear to my eye out of happiness. I walked back to my work with pep in my step and ate, actually no, devoured the sandwich. It took me about 4 minutes to completely inhale the sandwich. I almost didn't have time to breathe between bites. Yes, it was that good. I had the sandwich 20 minutes ago and I am still thinking about that sandwich. I will probably think about that sandwich for the rest of my day. Rest of my week even. This sandwich brightened my day and it could possibly brighten yours too. Thank you so much Subway at Yonge & Sheppard Centre, you made me believe life was worth living and with that I am forever indebted to you.

I ordered through the app. I let the owner know I wasn't able to select toppings as the app was not working for me properly. I already had paid for the sub through the app. The owner refused to let me add toppings. Literally at no cost other than his time, this rude owner wouldn't let me. He refused multiple times. I came home with a sub which was bread and the meat only. Just absolutely disgusting terrible service. Please avoid this location at all costs.

Staff and service is good. Ordered footlong sandwich and is best in the area. I am coming here from past couple of days and always I received fresh breads. Must visit for fresher food.

When the hell did a 6 inch turkey sub become $10?? Cheaper to get something at Longos if you want a sandwich, or drive over to Loblaws and put together your own ?

Just got foot long from the shop, and the bread was too hard and tasted a little bitter

Update:
Sure its the same time when I posted this review Thursday June 27th , 9:15 AM . I took it from the girl and bread was stale because I also got sick after having it. I got footlong with veggie pattie asked for light mayo you did not have that.
I was your first customer. I paid via Visa card.
Also I explicitly asked for receipt.
If someone provides honest feedback please do not just deny that they never brought anything from you.

Prepared my bowl nicely according to my instructions. Veges are nicely chopped. Staff and owner are friendly. This bowl is by far the best one I had since Subway makes rice bowls.

Kid-friendliness: Last week I placed order from Subway App to the wrong location by mistake. I called the store, they picked up the phone right away, in time to stop making my bowl. This week I work in his area, so I no longer need a refund. I am happy with great service on my discounted bowl from coupon

5 years ago I thought the roast beef, turkey and ham were all the same honestly. The chain has improved its product while this location I always receive friendly and quick service whenever I am around.
