employee here somehow makes every inefficient step. i was in between two people, one in front and one person behind me (uber delivery). when the employee finished the sandwich ahead of me, they kept him waiting to pay until all of the other sandwiches were ready to pay. even after that customer asked to pay, she refused and told him to wait. it wasn’t until i told her to let him pay so brother could eat his food.

You guys need to let people use the restroom, they denied me to use it, making me stressed and uncomfortable situations in high-traffic zone locations in the city. Where you don't know where to go and the only hope you have is that location.

The staff in this place is unprofessional and disrespectful for the customer. I always eat at this place. One day I come to eat food, and I want to use the washroom. They make conditions first. I have to make payment for the food and can use the washroom that is wide. The lady calls Sabna. I explained I am the customer; she told me to pay $10 at least for the food and then I can use the washroom that is unprofessional . The staff needs to train or change their behaviour for the customer.
The guy gave me 2 tiny leaves of spinach when I asked for more. Horrible taste. Doesn’t listen to the instructions. Not generous with the sauces, and judges customers when we ask for more. Very bad experience, won’t recommend.
