I went in an it looked like nobody had been there all day. I initially asked for my sub with spinach, but I noticed the spinach had gone bad. I asked for fresh spinach, but she said there was none. Then i asked for tomatoes, but I noticed the tomatoes were also nearly spoiled, but not quite. So I asked for fresh tomatoes, but she told me that all the tomatoes they had were like that. She picked the best tomatoes out of the container for me. I took the sub home and ate it, then noticed the bread had gone stale as well. Not a good experience.

I’m disappointed with my experience at this location. This is my second time coming here, and both times I’ve been told that certain ingredients were “low” or unavailable — today I was given only about 3 spinach pieces on my sandwich because they claimed that’s all they had left for the day.
If supplies are running low, it should be managed better so customers aren’t paying full price for barely any toppings. I expect better service and consistency from a brand like Subway.

First negative experience I’ve had so far at a Subway location. I put in an online order to redeem a free birthday cookie reward and a lady called Sabna just straight up refused to give me my order!
She kept repeating that I must “place my order online”. Which I did, and I kept showing her the screen of my phone. She kept denying that I put it online (what the hell?) and so she just kept arguing with me that this must be the wrong location, this must be the wrong order, etc. I just left but yeah avoid this location, there’s a much friendlier service out there…

employee here somehow makes every inefficient step. i was in between two people, one in front and one person behind me (uber delivery). when the employee finished the sandwich ahead of me, they kept him waiting to pay until all of the other sandwiches were ready to pay. even after that customer asked to pay, she refused and told him to wait. it wasn’t until i told her to let him pay so brother could eat his food.

You guys need to let people use the restroom, they denied me to use it, making me stressed and uncomfortable situations in high-traffic zone locations in the city. Where you don't know where to go and the only hope you have is that location.
