Dirty dining room. Employee had friends mulling about the joint. Portion sizes are slim to NILL. If I'm paying 12$ a damn sub, I want lots of lettuce, veggies sauce and pepper+salt. That's not too much too ask of a place that USED TO BE GOOD AND MASSIVE PORTIONS USED TO BE A DELICACY HERE.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Subway located at 25 Woodbine Downs Blvd, Unit 12, Etobicoke, ON. On December 24, 2024, I purchased a footlong tuna sandwich from this location. Being pregnant, I was craving Subway and decided to stop by since this location is 24 hours. Unfortunately, I deeply regret this decision.
That sandwich was the only thing I ate that day because I was busy, and later that night, I ended up with severe food poisoning. This was my first visit to this location, and it will definitely be my last. The employee who made my sandwich rushed through the order as if they didn’t care, which makes me question the handling and preparation of the food.
As a pregnant woman, this experience has been particularly devastating. I am still recovering from the effects, and the stress this has caused me is unimaginable. I am beyond disappointed and angry. This experience has completely turned me off Subway for good. I trusted this brand, and this location failed me in every possible way.
I strongly advise anyone to avoid this Subway location. Food safety and customer care should never be compromised, and my experience is proof that this store does not prioritize either.
