I was initially surprised to see this location rated three stars. After my experience, that rating feels wildly inflated.

I ordered two subs through the app and received only one. When I called the restaurant, an employee named Sam answered and made it clear that he felt his responsibility ended with making the sandwich, stating that anything after that was not Subway's problem.

He was openly rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help or suggest a solution, repeatedly deflecting responsibility while the driver remains unreachable and there's no way to get a refund through subway app. For the record, I don't blame him and maybe he did actually pack 2 subs but I felt that his response should have been more helpful and responsible. The service was unacceptable, and the food quality was even worse.

The sub itself tasted awful and they were pretty stingy with the ingredients compared to other outlets, which made the missing second sandwich almost a relief rather than a disappointment.

This location inside the Metro Centre food court at 200 Wellington Street West is the absolute worst location. For context , I ordered a foot long BMT. They have gotten extremely tight with their toppings. The lettuce barely covered the bottom bun. There were actual bald spots and when I asked for more, the guy sprinkled a few shreds. They only give you four tomatoes, that’s it. Olives, pickles, hot peppers…..nope, they squeeze you on that as well. I hope the 75 cents they saved on toppings is worth the poor rating lost business.

I bought a 6 inch veggie subway. I asked for napkins and they told me its in the package. I asked how many is included and the worker said only one. When i asked for 1 more napkin, the worker said "when you buy 6 inch subway you get only 1 napkin"
