This location inside the Metro Centre food court at 200 Wellington Street West is the absolute worst location. For context , I ordered a foot long BMT. They have gotten extremely tight with their toppings. The lettuce barely covered the bottom bun. There were actual bald spots and when I asked for more, the guy sprinkled a few shreds. They only give you four tomatoes, that’s it. Olives, pickles, hot peppers…..nope, they squeeze you on that as well. I hope the 75 cents they saved on toppings is worth the poor rating lost business.

I bought a 6 inch veggie subway. I asked for napkins and they told me its in the package. I asked how many is included and the worker said only one. When i asked for 1 more napkin, the worker said "when you buy 6 inch subway you get only 1 napkin"

It was not the best day for this Subway franchise today: salad size is roughly 70% of what you'll get at the other locations, pretty consistent with that (be aware). However today the sandwich artist was in a creative mood and not asking what I wanted in my salad, just putting whatever she felt like... On top of that one of my coworkers got his sub with a nice, long hair in it and my other coworker got his foot long not cut in half - not a good experience, time for a few months of cool down from buying at this place

I can count the number of olives and onion and green pepper slices they added to the sandwich—they literally counted five of each as they put them in! Yes, that is five green pepper and onion slivers! It is now abundantly clear that every Subway location operates independently, rendering the franchise meaningless; each location has its own rules regarding the quantity of food served; and they may as well sell Dim Sum or Hotdogs while they are doing so; it makes no difference anymore.

Worst Subway location I have ever visited, very Rude manager and staff and owner to match. I had ordered sandwich online with 3 sauce and when i went to pick up at Manager told me to take a "shower" after having the sandwich as there were too many sause according to him. How rude is that ?

Planning to watch a ballgame at the Dome, we decided to have a quick meal in the food court at 200 Wellington Street, thereby avoiding the longlineups at the concessions inside the ballpark. I had a foot-long tuna salad sub, which, enhanced with cheese and various vegetables, was very tasty. A good choice.

If there was an option I would give -100 stars here. I ordered a all veggie salad with all the vegetables and they didn’t add lettuce to my ALL ONLY VEGGIE SALAD. when I complained the owner got back saying that he checked the camera and they put lettuce in my salad. The audacity. I paid 7.90$ on a subway for a freaking side salad and the owner is coming to tell me I’m lying about what I got.
Never seen a restaurant act stingier with veggies, which is all that a veggie sub even has.....

Ordered from Uber Eats, they didn’t mark what sub was which. They missed order notes and gave us all the same cookies even though we ordered different ones, I understand if they’re out but they just gave us all the same cookies.
