Terrible Experience Every Time – Avoid This Location
I’ve visited this Subway 2–3 times and every time it’s been bad—rude staff, incorrect orders, and overcharging.
I saw another recent review and want to confirm: the exact same thing happened to me. It’s clearly not a one-time issue.
One of the staff is especially aggressive and unprofessional. This store seriously needs better management.
Not coming back. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Terrible Service, Over-charging, and Staff Intimidation — Avoid this Subway
Visited this Subway for a regular Pizza Sub with half turkey. 1. Over-charged from the start: Staff insisted half-turkey costs the same as full (not true), used only 10 pepperoni instead of 12, then rang up $18 for a sub that costs me ~$14 everywhere else. 2. Wrong items on the receipt: I was billed for something I never ordered. 3. No refund, just run-around: Came back the next morning as told; the manager blamed a “technical issue,” refused a refund, and offered free food instead. 4. Third visit, same scam: Returned two days later for the promised sub. They still gave only 10 slices of pepperoni (should be 24 for double), lied about the count, and hiked the price again. 5. Hostile staff: Three employees argued, and one (named Ansh) threatened me, saying he’d “talk to me outside” once he clocked out. 6. Zero accountability: All employees hid in the back, refused the manager’s or owner’s contact details, and told me to “get lost.”
I have audio recordings of every conversation (including staff admitting their mistakes and refusing a refund) plus contact info for a customer witness who supported me.
Owner/Franchisee: If you care about your reputation, contact me immediately to resolve this. Otherwise, I’ll forward the recordings to Subway Corporate and Ontario consumer protection.
