I’ve been a fan of Subway and their wonderful sandwich artists for my whole life. This is by far the worst subway in Canada. Ordering a sub here is like ordering a beautiful piece of art online and when it arrives, it’s actually terrible AI from 2022. Subs require a level of artistry and this location in an insult to the generations of subway artists that came before.
You want tomatoes. Here, you can three on a foot long. Oh, and the tomatoes falling off. Ask for red onions? Ok, we’ll put on enough onions to make an Italian grandmother cry.
Even something as simple as bottle of orange juice they get wrong. Yes, even that. It had black mold in it which actually made a lot of sense because the expiry date was a month ago.
Take the Bloor subway to another Subway if you are craving your favourite foot long. Or just eat at one of the LOCAL establishments next door, they’re also great.

Whenever the owner is working, he makes the employees cut the meatballs in half. You end up only getting 4 meatballs instead of 8 for a foot long.

Honestly, this is by far the dirtiest and most poorly run Subway I’ve ever been to in Canada. The place is filthy, old, and clearly doesn’t follow basic hygiene rules. I was literally eating my food while a couple of mice ran across the floor right in front of me!
The heating and cooling system barely works — it’s falling apart. The owner clearly doesn’t care at all and refuses to spend a single dollar to fix or improve anything. It’s shocking that Subway gave someone like this a franchise.
When the owner is there, hi actually put less stuff in the sandwiches than what’s standard. If you ask for a bit more veggies or toppings, they flat-out refuse. It’s cheap and disrespectful.
The washroom is disgusting, the tables are greasy and dusty, and the whole place just feels dirty and neglected. On top of that, the customer service is terrible — super slow and careless.
I seriously don’t recommend this location to anyone. Even going there once is a risk to your health. Stay away.

I ordered a pizza sub and received a pizza sub with almost no pepperoni. Usually they overlap the pepperoni this location added approximately 5 slices of pepperoni the bun was stale. Then I went to use the washroom which was in the basement with shoddy patchwork done on the stairs . Then upon entering the bathroom there was an extreme smell of raw sewage like that you’d smell from a broken sewage pipe . I don’t recommend this location
