We ordered from the app . We were having a promotion going on to get one long foot free . But this location simply cancel the order with applied coupons so they don’t have to make extra . Never gonna eat here again . Worst employees

I ordered online but forgot to change the location and unfortunately ended up with food from here.
This location is always inconsistent they do not even read the order, just make whatever they want. All three of my sandwiches were wrong.
The food here is always stale. And if you call about your food being wrong, the staff have attitudes. Just go down the street 5 minutes to the other Bloor Subway.

The guy working this evening was slow at making the subs and put the wrong cheese and sauce on the subs. Asked for more spinach as he only put 2 leaves on each sandwich and he said I only have a little left for the night so I can't... Ingredients were not fresh. The air circulation was poor and it was quite hot inside. Also he handed me the subs and asked me to mark my own subs which I have never been asked before anywhere. Finally he asked me when punching in the subs what I had ordered cause he could not remember... Worst Subway experience.
I have ordered veg subway and they gave me subway with turkey nd bacon. My entire life I am vegetarian. I walked 20 minutes both way from my work to restaurant for food. Worst Worst Worst !!!! I wouldn’t be very pissed if bread or sauces were wrong. But non veg to vegetarian person , Ruined my lunch.
