i love this store. the food is always fresh and people who complaint about this place should visit other places for same sandwiches and they will see the difference about the portion of meat and veggies. People generally complaint about this place because the owner is nice and generally gives the free replacement without any arguments. It doesn’t mean that customers should take advantage of him. I hope people stop doing this kind of fraud just for food. great service. keep it up

The employees are rude. Also I am not sure why this location advertises operating hours. They refuse to serve customers who arrive 30 - 45 minutes prior to closing (even though mobile orders are accepted and the door has operating hours posted stating the location should still be open).

I came in today to try their $5 lunch special. I didn't know exactly what it was and they explained that it was a small sandwich with potato rings or soup. Soup sounded great, but this location never serves soup. I asked what can I get on my sandwich, she replied anything you want, so I asked for a BLT. After cutting an egg vertically so that it only fit on to half of the bun, she popped it off with lettuce and tomatoes but no bacon. In the end, I was charged for a breakfast sandwich and potato rings, which was not their $5 special. This location needs some more training.

I got a few bad experience from this little sandwich kiosk over the years, due to their staffs were somehow always in a grumpy mood.
Food was just standard submarine sandwiches no big deal, you can get it from any other locations (…what a shame they canceled egg white as an item) but the people working in here were all like holding a grudge, anytime you walk in.
I’m excited for the foot long churro they show in the new commercials. Took a deep breath and went in to just bought 2 of the churros, didn’t even bother checking how the services but good gracious, the churros were so dry, blend, hard and boring. Nope ! Never going back again。

Staff really unfriendly. In fact borderline racists. When I went in not a single greeting to me at all. I had to speak first after the awkward silence. However, when a Caucasian female walked in the guy behind the counter said Hi, how are you to her with a friendly smile. Get your subway fix elsewhere and avoid this place if you’re not Caucasian.
