The girl at the counter didn't heat up my chicken. I asked about this and she heat up my order again on a microwave. She was in the middle of preparing another order and took my order and microvaved it. My order was then stuck to the paper. Some of the chicken and cheese were stuck to the paper and I couldn't eat them. The chicken wasn't fully inside the bread so it was all over the place

I should’ve checked the reviews before ordering from here. Their food quality was poor, and customer service was ineffective in resolving my issue. I hope nobody has to end up going to this location. Special shoutout to customer service rep Harshil who does not seem to be properly trained for this role. Subway do better.

I visited this store today. The girl at the counter was very rude and disrespectful. Half of the sauces were unavailable and there is no limit on the number of sauces one wants to add when ordering in store. The girl got rude and angry and asked how many sauces do you need more like they were doing a favour by adding sauces. Would not recommend this store to anyone if there are such people working there. Thanks

The quality of the food is lower than other subway branches. the bread was overcooked, almost burnt, I noticed the person who prepared the sandwiches put a lower quantity of ham and cheese than any other branches and the size of the bread is clearly smaller. Disappointing.

Don't go at night or you will get about half as much filling as you do if you go at lunch time during the week. There shouldn't be such a big difference in the size

I recently placed an online order for pickup (Order #CE2B0745-8C) from this Subway location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I requested to have my footlong sandwich cut in half, as it has been done for me at other locations. However, the employee named Raj rudely refused, stating that cutting the sandwich would mess up the floor. This was not only surprising but also frustrating, as customer service is typically a priority at Subway. I’ve never had an issue like this before, and it really put a damper on what should have been a quick and easy experience. I hope the management addresses this so that future customers don’t have to deal with such poor service.

Went in for lunch yesterday afternoon and there was a huge lineup. I was hungry so decided to wait. Then I realized there was only one person working the counter literally doing everything. Maybe 2 people got served in the 5 minutes I waited, I did the math in my head and couldn’t wait a half hour to get my food. Myself and the gentleman behind me both left. Having one staff member on during lunch hour rush with a school around the corner is absurd. You’re losing out on more money than if you paid another employee to work. Will not return

I work overnight shifts and I stop by subway before heading into work. Store says it closes at 11:00 but I’ve stopped multiple times around 10:25-10:40 and they’re already closed. I find this annoying otherwise just place closing at 10:30.
