Honestly I am shocked I never had a problem with this subway at all and today I am just in Disbelief when the Lady who was making the sub was arguing with me of how the sub should look like, I had so many Steak and Cheese subs from subway today's was the Worst she put a Thin layer of Steak and says "This is how it's supposed to be and she broke single cheese into 2 and argues with me that there was Cheese on the whole Sub and by the time I had it in my hands IT WAS MORE FREAKING BREAD THEN ANYTHING
Will Never NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN Or Probably Never again from Subway

I had a disappointing experience with a sandwich artist at 9:15 PM today. Her customer service was poor, and she displayed a bad attitude and sarcasm towards customers. Please hire staff who are willing to provide good service. I will not be returning to this Subway location.
It need some renovations in service

I went to a subway a girl named anjali is working over there she is so friendly and greeted me with a nice smile and her customer service is very nice. She also suggested me new subway series as I told her that I want a chicken sandwich. I definitely recommend this subway. ☺

I went there at 9:02 cuz both Google Maps and the opening hour poster in front of the door said they open at 9:00 am. I totally can understand sometimes they can open late and I can wait or visit another time. But instead of just informing me that he's gonna open 30 minutes later, he just pointed at the clock. I couldn't understand what it meant (since both Google Maps and the opening hour poster said they open at 9:00 am) he kept pointing at the clock and I was like "What..?". He came out and yelled "TODAY IS WEEKEND!!" even before I said hello or how are you. He was very rude. He could simply explain even tho the information says opens at 9, he will open 30mins later today. NOPE, he just loudly spilled out the words that today is the weekend, the manager is bad and the owner is bad ( I am pretty sure he is the owner tho ) that is why opening hour information is different. You can simply inform the facts nicely instead of yelling at people. Horrible person.

I was there (78 Dundas st E location) earlier today and noticed that the on campus Subway does not take coupons. Extremely terrible. I only came to try to get food bc I had a coupon, as I have multiple jobs as well as being a student I wanted to save some money and use a coupon I got at subway. Nope. First they rolled their eyes when I walked in, that happens all the time they are always annoyed when u dare to want some of their so called “fresh” food, always sitting never doing anything like checking up on their specialty, brown wilted lettuce! I asked why no coupons of were on campus and the answer I got was “it’s not mandatory for us to take coupons”. Why do we get coupons on campus for a place that does not take coupons I blame subway for distributing them on campus for that. Subway is no longer fresh friendly or affordable in the slightest. Cake batter bread and the thinnest meat ever seen, never get the toppings I want at this location and their sauce always tastes like it’s being stretched with water to avoid buying more. Whole thing is an embarrassment, if anywhere should take coupons it would be on campus I don’t get it. Having a basic education in marketing would tell u they could have so many more customers if they took coupons but instead they force hungry overworked students to go home and eat some microwave food. At least the microwave food is fresh.I use to eat at subways all the time back when it was affordable and fresh and gave it a shot today, at 78 Dundas st East, they reminded me why I stopped going to that location.ALSO this location is not wheelchair accessible and has no parking and has to put a fence around the windows making it look like an unreliable and unappetizing place to get food (we established that this is true anyway tho). It’s an eyesore and it’s such a joke to see this store is open but affordable and fresh food locations are getting closed all over the place. If I could rate 0 I would and it would be purely based on the fact that the employees there do everything possible to ensure ur dissatisfied with ur visit.
Parking: Non-existent
Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible thus losing even more customers. Step up into the store.
