Great Subway. I usually order around 11:30 am to beat the lunch time rush (takes 10 - 15 minutes total). This is my preferred Subway, and sometimes I'll order 2 meals here per day if I want a sub for lunch and dinner, etc.

I tried to order food here around 1:45PM on a weekday without success. There was no one in line and no one visible working behind the counter when I arrived. I waited for a few minutes at the counter before an employee acknowledged that I was waiting. I was told to wait one more minute without any further explanation. I waited 2 more minutes and then I left before anyone took my order. I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service.

I stopped by around 10am for a breakfast sub. I should have known better and walked out as soon as the lady said that she only had white and whole wheat bread, as the other breads weren’t ready yet. If you hear these words being said, just know that you’re about to be served day-old bread. The bread was super stale and tough to bite into. The lady was nice enough, and the place still looks clean from the recent renovations. I’m going to give them an opportunity for redemption, and go back closer to lunch. Hopefully the bread will be freshly baked by then.

I recently had veggie patty sandwich. Even during lunch hours, the employees were pretty generous to accommodate all my requests for the sandwich. It was the best subway I have ever had. It’s now my go to location.

The new Subway here is fantastic! The place is spotless, the ingredients are fresh, and the bread smells amazing as soon as you walk in. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and they make the sandwiches just the way you want them. Service was quick even during a busy time, and everything tasted fresh and delicious

I got a footlong there and the gastrointestinal issues I have been going through because of that visit! The worker showed my sandwich to 2 different employees before serving it to me and I should have just walked away then.

I'm not sure how you miss the avocado in an Avocado and Steak sandwich. Unfortunately I ordered it on the app to use a promotion and didn't have a chance to watch over my sandwich. There is no indication of any mobile pick up area and a poorly layed out restaurant. I would highly reccomend not using the app to ensure you can correct any errors they make in person.

Currently at 132 Front St. E subway. My 10 year old son just found a hard piece object.. something like plastic.. I told Shamim, the worker and she told me. “ it’s not her store “ not possible.. being very disrespectful and rude. After 20 mins got a refund with disrespect
I wanted to try the newly advertised crispy chicken sandwich. I was given a choice to either make it the small bun or to do the sandwich. I chose to do the sandwich because I was hungry. The guy that was there did not offer to toast the sandwich and the chicken was not crispy in fact it was quite a bit soggy so I'm sorry but this cannot be called the crispy chicken.The only reason I gave it three stars is because it was empty and I was very hungry?
