Thursday Sept. 4th, 2025 about 5:30pm had a few police officers and 3 people in line. The sole Subway food worker did her best to cater to everyone in good time!

The subway “artist” seemed nice.
Should’ve known. It was empty after a jays game that had sold over 40,000 tickets.
We asked her if the bread was fresh. She promised us that it was and then took it from the cabinet on the left and not the full one on the right.
It was stale! Ruins the sub. Don’t go here! They are penny wise and pound foolish.

The portions were small for the price, and overall the quality didn’t match the cost at all. Staff didn’t seem attentive.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience. It definitely needs improvement in both food and service.

Big shoutout to Jack. Called at 12:55 am (subway was scheduled to close at 1 am) & he took a large order down for me which I needed to pick up in the morning.
I was skeptical that anyone would answer the phone (based on my experience at other subway franchises) but Jack went above and beyond. He took my order down calmly, kept a very professional tone & helped me process the order just in time - he did not rush me even though it was the end of his shift.
This level of customer service should be recognized and greatly rewarded (& customers like me should typically plan better lol)
