Visited this Subway on December 5th around 11:45 am, and it was an awful experience. There were two staff members working, and neither seemed professional at all. They were using old, stale vegetables for the food and didn’t even understand basic English, which made it impossible to get my order right. Despite repeating myself multiple times, they didn’t add what I had asked for. The lack of hygiene and attention to customer service is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!

Rude and Unprofessional Behavior by Staff
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location. My friend and I ordered a 6-inch sandwich, and immediately after placing our order, we overheard the staff making rude comments about our selection of toppings and sauces. They openly criticized our choices while we were still in the store, which was not only unprofessional but also very disrespectful.
It didn’t end there. The staff continued to backbite about us, making several derogatory remarks behind our backs, even though we were right there. When we confronted them about this unacceptable behavior, they responded rudely and tried to dismiss their actions as a “personal discussion.” Shockingly, they were also making similar rude comments about another customer’s order.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that such incidents do not happen again.

Very disappointed in the quality of food here. I asked for an egg and bacon on a potato bun. The potato bun was frozen, not fresh and was heated up in the toaster separately before actually toasting my sandwich. The cheese was not covered and looked so dried out so I opted for shredded cheese. That wasn’t any better, the lid was frozen stuck the shredded cheese container that it had to be pounded on to get off. I assume it’s from the condensation built up as there was no a/c. Noteworthy is that comments from weeks back talk about the a/c and the owner chimed in stating it would be fixed. I get things happen but it should be fixed by now. Anyways, I couldn’t eat the sandwich the bun was like eating leather it was so dried out and stale. I know it’s my fault for not just walking out when I could clearly see the quality of food but I was hopeful.

This location has the slowest staff possible. There is always only one person working on site. The food quality has been bad EVERY time I have eaten there. (Three times in the past year! How do you keep BAD food quality for 1 year?? Probably longer) stale bread. Old vegetables some of which are soggy and borderline have mold. I will not be returning to this location and I recommend everyone to stay far away. Step your game up Subway. I would also like to note I have read other reviews and I am shocked to see the review of one employee describing how his manager treats him at this location. I did indeed notice the staff were Indian and I am well aware of Indian shop owners in Toronto and across the gta using ONLY Indians as there staff. Them being international students or on temporary visas. This is done specifically so the owners can take advantage of there employees and have them do practically slave labor. It is absolutely disgusting and it is EVERYWHERE IN CANADA.

It was a worst experience ever. When I got there to eat inside I was boiling in there , the air conditioner was broken there was bad odour in the whole place. Additionally the food was not even fresh the chicken had a bad after taste, the cookie on the display was looking like someone had took a bite and plus the cookies were so stale and dry . I had to throw half of my food as it was just not edible , wouldn’t recommend to anyone . I think this place should shut if they unable to handle the cleanliness and hygiene .

The food was good, but what stood out the most was the excellent service. I asked for a custom sandwich, and the staff member was not only accommodating but also made great suggestions, all with a smile. Both the food and the staff's behavior were excellent. I found out he's new and already doing a great job. I'll definitely be a regular customer now.

I recently visited this Subway and had an excellent experience. The sandwich I ordered was fresh and delicious, made just the way I like it. The bread was perfectly baked, and the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The staff was friendly and quick, making the overall experience enjoyable. I loved customizing my sandwich with a variety of toppings and sauces. It's always a go-to place for a quick, satisfying meal
