I keep getting hairs in my sandwiches, it's absolutely disgusting. I understand if it happens once, but being a common occurrence is unnaceptable. Rude staff that always acts miserable like the costumer is at fault of their low income, as if we all didn't work either. I only come because it's nearby, but I would avoid it. Better sandwiches across the street and even cheaper.

I’ve given this Subway location multiple chances, but every order has been a disappointment. The first time, the sandwich had barely any sauce. The second time, there were very little veggies, and the last two times it honestly felt like I was just eating bread. Most recently, I ordered the Nashville Style Hot Chicken, but what I received was bland, with almost no sauce and none of the Nashville hot flavor it’s supposed to have. What makes it worse is when I called to give feedback about my order, the staff not only denied to accept their mistake but also spoke in a very rude tone. That is unacceptable customer service. After three straight poor experiences and rude treatment when I tried to address it, I am extremely disappointed. It feels like there’s no care for quality or customers at this location, and I will never consider or suggest anyone to order from this place ever again.

Tuesday sept 2nd, I literally walked 30 mins from my house just to get subway and as I arrive, I’m told that I have to wait 35+ mins to make an order, this is absolutely ridiculous, waste of time.
