I ordered 10 sandwiches for a 20-person meeting and specifically requested they be wrapped and cut into thirds for hygiene. Despite calling ahead to confirm these instructions, the sandwiches arrived unwrapped and shoved into boxes. In a professional setting, having people touch each other's food just to get a serving is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the chicken sandwiches were mostly bread with barely any meat. When I called to let them know, the staff were cold and didn't even offer an apology. They clearly don't value local corporate clients.

Save your money and go to a deli that actually follows instructions.

I placed an order through the Subway app, but when I arrived, they informed me they did not have some of the required ingredients.

When I asked about alternative options, I was told substitutions were not possible because that’s not what I had originally ordered.

I was also told they could not process a refund and that I would need to contact Subway directly.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find any clear contact information for support.

Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience due to the lack of flexibility and customer assistance.

This place is a JOKE. Rude and
Dishonest staff and owner. I am there with my toddler. Ordered a coffee and chips off Subway app because I didn’t have my debit card with me. The owner says oh we haven’t received your confirmation yet? I show the order on my phone payment went through everything. He wouldn’t give me my order. Keep in mind my daughter already has her chips in hand too. Kept telling me pay again bla bla pay in store again there must be something wrong on my end. I said I’m calling customer service now then let’s see what they say? He goes I can give you the coffee but not the chips...I don’t know how many minutes later (felt like forever) it goes DINGG on his little computer and boom my order obviously pops up. Then the bag of chips my daughter pop open from the bottom and went everywhere lol the owner said ugh ohhhh. I just took another one and walked out. I live downtown too but go to the locations on Church, Front or Esplanade. Literally anywhere else.

i order the Rotisserie chicken sub online. picked it up and there's little or no chicken in my sub, feel like i'm eating a veggie sub. guess you had to be there to make sure they put meat on your sub

Amazing staff.. I ordered online and forgot to add tosted, when they were making it I requested and they accommodated without fussing about it. Sandwich was put together very well.. evenly distributed sauces. 5-star for staff and their dedication to be the best.

My experience at this place was wonderful. The staff were welcoming and greeted me with warm smiles. When I placed my order, the employee helping me was exceptionally kind and made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted. The atmosphere of the place was also really pleasant clean, and comfortable. My order came out quickly, and everything tasted great. The sandwich was put together perfectly It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about providing for their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

The staff has a major impact on this store’s day to day business due to very bad behaviour, atitude and food portions! This store can do much better. Its truly a wonderful location! Rethink for the best possibilities!

Worst customer service ever. The guy who was there doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He was giving rude looks and responding as if we shouldn’t order food from his store. Don’t go there when he is there, you gonna lose your appetite🙂

Wouldn’t give a star, this man his name Vijay or he is giving a fake name but whoever works here, they have worst customer service like I have visited many subways across canada but this is the worst one I have visited. Stay hungry but don’t visit this outlet, trust me !
