Worst customer service ever. The guy who was there doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He was giving rude looks and responding as if we shouldn’t order food from his store. Don’t go there when he is there, you gonna lose your appetite🙂

Wouldn’t give a star, this man his name Vijay or he is giving a fake name but whoever works here, they have worst customer service like I have visited many subways across canada but this is the worst one I have visited. Stay hungry but don’t visit this outlet, trust me !
⭐ 0-Star Experience — Completely Disappointed
As soon as my family and I entered the store, the first thing a staff member did was come out of the kitchen and announce that the washrooms weren’t working — no greeting, no “hello,” not even a basic acknowledgment of us as customers. That’s not the kind of welcome anyone should receive.
I politely told her that we were there to eat, not use the washroom. She seemed embarrassed and returned to the kitchen while another employee helped us. A few minutes later, the same girl returned to continue making our sandwich. My pregnant wife kindly asked if the AC was working — it was extremely hot outside during a heatwave. The staff member rudely responded “No,” and added that we could “go eat in the Eaton Centre food court” instead.
What kind of customer service is that?
This is downtown Toronto — you’d expect better, but I guess with a 2.9-star average rating, we shouldn’t have expected much. Still, this experience was beyond disappointing. Rude staff, no air conditioning, no washroom access, and no basic customer courtesy.
I truly regret supporting a location with such poor standards. Never again.
I’ll be filing a complaint with Subway Headquarters as well, but anyone considering visiting this location should be aware of the kind of experience they’re likely to have.

I came in for a quick bite, expecting a smooth experience. There was a gentleman ahead of me ordering three sandwiches, so I waited patiently. When it was finally my turn, I began to place my order—but halfway through, the employee abruptly interrupted me and started chatting and laughing with her coworker, completely ignoring me. I waited awkwardly until she turned back and finally resumed taking my order.
When it came time to pay, I ordered a combo that included two cookies and a drink. After paying, I stood waiting for the cup and cookies, but the employee just stared at me, almost as if I was in her way. I politely reminded her I still needed the items, to which she responded with a dismissive “oh” and slapped the cookies down on the counter. To top it off, the cookies were stale and hard—not the soft, fresh ones Subway is known for.
While I was eating, another customer came in, purchased food, and politely asked to use the washroom. The employee flatly said it was out of service. But as soon as he left, she laughed with her coworker and admitted, “I just don’t want to let them in the washroom.” Clearly, the washroom was functional; she simply didn’t want to be bothered.
I understand not allowing non-paying customers to use the facilities—but this man did make a purchase. In general, the behavior from the staff was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of respect for paying customers. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes action to address the poor service here.

I wish i could rate them 0, worst location to visit. This location always turn off all the online deals and you are left with no choice to order from regular menu. They are so cheap in cutting right size bread, putting less toppings and customer service is terrible. After asking why you are not honouring online deals they say all the cost is high so we don’t have to follow head office deals. I suggest go to the other locations not this one.

The location has no A/C working, the attendant is so rude, it is only preparing the sandwiches in bad mood, fast and throwing things all around. It is unacceptable behaviour

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Let them run this business in loss and eventually they'll shut.
Are they sure they want to run a business? 0 Customer Service, charging additional for tissues, wrapping paper, paper bag.
I ordered via app and none of the instructions were followed (Cut sub in half, pack separately etc.) by the staff. I just requested an additional paper bag because I had 2 footlong. They said they'll be charging me additional for the paper bag. Some Indian girl was engaging with me.
Not sure since when Subway started charging for paper bags or maybe this store has it's own rules.

I will never go.
If there was a option for 0 star then i would have given that. I was with my friend waiting for our order for like 45 minutes and still we were waiting. Not the business gonna grow in this way with this rude behavior. Never recommended. I missed my train because of him. Very bad.
