Closed with no warming

Went in at 9:40pm and they didn’t let us in. Closing time shows 10pm When we asked the lady she said we closed the cash at 9:30. Makes no sense. I’d avoid going to this restaurant with lazy coworkers who want to go home early. Update your hours to when you actually lock the doors.

Went to Subway for the coupon deals, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The Subway app was down, and when I showed the manager, he refused to honour the deal. Instead, he took my phone and started fiddling with the app himself, which I found very unusual and unprofessional.

I ordered my meal anyway, and the food quality and service were shocking. They barely put any vegetables on my sandwich, and when I politely asked for more, they pretended to add some. For the protein topping, they gave me about half of a normal serving of rubbery chicken — I essentially paid for stale bread with a sprinkle of veggies.

To top it off, when I asked for a cup of water, I was told I had to pay for it.

This location is a complete letdown: overpriced, poor customer service, poor food quality, and staff who clearly don’t care. I will never return to this Subway.

2nd time I’ve gone here and felt the need to review. 1st time was told my sandwich HAD to be toasted. No. She toasted anyways. 2nd time, I had to tell the staff they were supposed to warm up the chicken. Both times, staff is talking on their phone in an AirPod. When did this become acceptable to be talking on the phone while serving customers? Really poor service and mediocre slapped together sandwich.

I came here to order a sub and I was about to be given an old bread. When I told the girl that the bread was old, she said yes, it is old because it's from the morning time, and it is 5:15 pm right now. Imagine if I had not noticed the bread, and I was given the old bread. When I said no, it is okay. I don't want to order, she got angry because she cut the bread off. I said you'll have to cut it off anyway for the next customer.
