Terrible customer service. We tried to pay with a gift card, but it didn't work. The employee was unhelpful, so we had to pay with cash. Their attitude was completely indifferent. The food was mediocre as well, with very little meat in the portion.

Staff was efficient enough but not necessarily friendly. Also just assumed I wanted my sub toasted. They ran out of the bread I wanted; probably just poor planning. So service here is a little less than average.
What was shocking was the price of the subs. $16+tax for a sub. Unbelievably expensive. I came because I got a coupon coupone but even that was not enough. Subway is also known for using fillers for their 'meat'. It's not worth going to Subway anymore. I find that Mr Sub is much better these days in terms of price, meat, quality and people.

I had the absolute worst experience at this Subway location. The employee who was making my sand which was incredibly stingy with the toppings, I’ve never seen a subway employee put that little. When I politely asked for more, he continued to add almost nothing, and at one point, he even started removing cucumbers from my sandwich and placing them on the counter, counting them out loud in front of me which was not only extremely disrespectful but it felt like he was mocking me.
I started recording the situation because I couldn't believe what was happening, and as soon as I took out my phone, he shouted at me, refusing to continue serving us. I asked to speak with the manager, but he claimed she wasn't there, so I couldn't even file a complaint on the spot. I was shocked by his aggressive behavior, especially since I was with my 8 year old and 12 year old nieces, who were scared by his actions.
I have been to Subway numerous times and have never been treated this poorly. This experience was completely different and unacceptable. I can’t believe an employee would yell at a customer over something as simple as toppings when he was putting pretty much nothing on the sand which did he expect me to pay for pretty much just bread. This incident left me feeling disrespected and frustrated, and I definitely won't be returning to this location.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered the sub through the online order. As crispy onions were not available in the store, that thing was not mentioned on the application. That's why the sandwich maker gave an excuse that the owner was not available that's why he is not able to take out the new packet of crispy onions. Also he didn't grill my sandwich even though he has a griller in his store. Not recommended in any situation at all.

Mixed feelings for this review. Made me wait when I said I had a coupon and took customers who entered the line/store after me but were really nice once they figured out I was a little upset about that. Food was okay, but it’s getting too expensive for what it is

Has subway really gone that downhill? Ordered a steak and cheese online, only to realize the sandwich maybe had 1oz of steak at the most. I had to dig through the vegetables to confirm it was actually there, thought they forgot it lol. I used to love this sub but shrinkflation has clearly hit subway HARD. And for $15? Safe to say I will never be eating at subway again....
