I came here with my 8 year old. Service was friendly and attentive. Sandwiches were made perfectly by our sandwich maker Vaidehi. Would recommend for a quick and cheap Dundas West lunch.

I'm a big subway fan, but don't go here. When ordering veggies she put exactly two of everything (two peices of spinach, 2 slices green pepper, two cucumber, two tomato). When I asked for more veggies she added 1 more of each. I've never been to a subway where the standard isn't to line the veggies in a row to cover the sandwich (usually 4 cucumber, 3 tomato, etc). I asked for shredded cheese instead of regular, which is my usual order, she put less than 1/2 the amount I usually receive then tried to charge me almost $3 extra on a 6 inch saying the shredded is an extra charge per her manager (which is absolutely not true, I've ordered shredded cheese over 100 times at other locations). I've never felt like I was being scammed at a subway until this visit. Won't be going back.

I went there for lunch one afternoon, and was greeted by an amazing staff member. They acknowledged me at the door, and was really nice to me while creating my order. Despite being busy with other customers, they took the time to greet me. Even while making my order, they were super helpful! The sub was also really tasty, and I enjoyed it. There were proper toppings with not too much sauce! Overall I really enjoyed my experience here, and would definitely come here again!

Dropped in on my way home for a rare treat and was met by a friendly safer that was ready to assist. She offered me choices of beverages as it was a hot day but all I needed was a sandwich. Understanding the confusing look in my face she pointed me to a new sandwich board from which I chose the Cuban 6" sub treat. Production of my sandwich through various questions on making sure it was correctly done was fantastic. Great sandwich, good stack and wrapped nicely. 10+ on the location for the staffer, cleanliness and comfort.
