Good day ladies,
I was there at your store this afternoon, picked up two Canadian Club subs. This was my second time after having a good experience the first time with friendly staff and smiling faces. I must say the staff here takes good care of the customers and prepare the subs very well done!
Customer service is excellent here with Shallu & Kalpana, while they both served me as I waited for my order I was lucky to meet with the owner of this location Shelly, who was kind & very well spoken with great customer service. She seemed very caring and genuine.
Many thanks to you all. Will be seeing you again and keep up the good work!

A healthy meal but it's not really healthy because the bread isn't real, plus you don't get 100% 12-inch. You got 11 and 3/4.

Worst they gave our order to a wrong dasher thats what the employee said (we aint sure about it ) ! These people don’t verify before giving it to the dasher .

After taking time to reach them, they ask for cash only because the system restart and they said it will take long time to restart the system!

Tried this location again after over 6 years since the last time I got a sub from here, the staff decided to drench my sub in sub sauce and giggle with their colleague. Went back, figuring they can't possibly mess up a breakfast sandwich and wish I hadn't - Western Kitchen is much better and deserves your money.

My visit, The lettuce was brown, everything had been sitting out for a long time, nobody was in the store but staff was too busy on the phone to ask me what I wanted on the sandwich and just put tomato and spinach, sandwich was messy and sausage patty was gross, they only serve a HALF of an egg on the breakfast sandwiches. I even reached out to customer service and all was fine. Live and learn !

Lady who made my order didn't put standard meat portions, I got a bowl, when I saw chicken was so less, I payed for extra chicken and even the second time lady didn't put the right standard portion, never experienced this in any other Subway.

So kind, the gentleman there always always gives my son FREE cookies and we appreciate it soo much. I have a picky eater who survives on subway sandwiches and this place is not only our neighborhood resto BUT THEY ARE KIND TO THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMERS... thanks guys!
