Food is mediocre at best. Service is miserable and basic, employee was rude and tries making my sandwich wrong. The atmosphere is boring, dry and tiresome. The best part is get ready to pay $20 for a foot long sub . What a rip.

Visited last week Nov 13 24. Never again will I eat here with my son. The order taker didn't change gloves as they are so expensive. Let's make the customers sandwich with dirty, germey gloves. Touching the cashier pad, Uber order pad and handling my cash payment. NICE. Plus I asked for my receipt, he gave me someone else's from earlier. PATRONS..Fear warning. Watch.. This turns my stomach..

Today, I visited to this Subway . As i am allergic from meat . So i told to the employee, named as Parveer . He has good nature and suggest me the good thing for my health . He made a subway very well . The knief is neat and clean . After every order he used to change his gloves. Even i suggest my friend who live in Brampton go their . I am satisfied with his service .

What an awful location! I only go to Subway when I’m out of town and need food quickly. There’s basically no vegan options, and I end up overpaying for a flavourless sub.
This location was just bad. The ingredients didn’t look great and it was $19 for a 12 inch veggie sub!!
The worst part was the awful service. I was made to pay before selecting my toppings (not that there are many vegan options). When I selected avocado (which was old and brown) I was told it was extra and I hadn’t paid for it. Even though I didn’t get cheese I was still refused.
This trip just reminded me why my go to option is burritos for fast food and made me wish there was a Burrito Boyz or Guac around here. Both of which give vegans free guac instead of cheese.
Also the veggie patty was so disgusting I pulled it out of the second half and threw it out.
Do better Subway.

Ordered 2 foot long subs and 2 six inch subs. Got home and missing a six inch. Easiest order to make and they screwed it up. Since it was online, we tipped them. Never again. Had to drive back 15 minutes in Eglinton traffic because their phone number goes to fax???? Are you kidding me?? Will never order from here again. Wouldn't even give a cookie to make up for their incompetency. Learn proper customer service. Telling all my neighbors to avoid this place and go to the rathburn one. Word of mouth goes far.
Parking: Terrible parking. Terrible subway. Drove further if you have the option.

I found the pricing at this location outrageous. For a foot long turkey on brown, I paid $16.49!!. (taxes in)
Give me a break.

Oh boy, where do I start with this place? Imagine getting charged $18.57 for a sub. Yep, you read that right. I walked in craving a steak and avocado wrap that was advertised on the screen for $15. But nope, apparently, their wraps were on a permanent ice age because they were frozen.
The lady behind the counter suggested a footlong with the same meat and toppings. Sounded reasonable, so I went with it. Then when I asked for avocado, she said, “That’ll be an extra charge.” I reminded her that the wrap was advertised as “steak and avocado” for $15. She hit me with, “This is a sub, not a wrap.” I couldn’t help but laugh at the sheer absurdity.
Fine, no avocado then. The final damage for a sub with no drink or side? $18.57. That’s right, almost 19 bucks for a sub! To top it off, the quality of the sub was about as impressive as a wet sock. I sincerely apologize to my taste buds.
I’ll give this place 5 stars because they convinced me to pay $19 for a terrible sub, and they got me. You gotta admit when they won. If you enjoy overpaying and terrible customer service, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and avoid this particular establishment.
