Absolutely disappointing experience. I had a coupon for “MVP Membership” and I submitted it at the cashier. There were 2 people working over there but they didn’t know how the coupon works. I literally showed my SUBWAY account on the internet and showed that I already registered MVP membership. However, those workers couldn’t lead me to where I am supposed to use the special offer so I ended up giving up on the coupon. SUBWAY and local stores really need to be cooperative to help local customers. The company make coupons and workers don’t know what exactly to do with it, what a joke.
