I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, even during a busy lunch rush. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, with fresh ingredients and perfectly baked bread. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning for another meal. Highly recommend!

This Subway location has to be one of the best in the whole city. The food is exceptional as it is but the customer service cannot be matched by any other locations. They make the best sandwiches and have the best quality food products compared to other locations. I also love that the entire atmosphere is always clean and tidy. The owners are the best, it’s a must visit if you want authentic subway sandwiches!

Pathetic place. Very rude behaviour. They don’t know what ‘Subway’ is, the old guy told me they can only add 3 items inside the bread. Placed my order through app and I was told to cancel it because they can’t make it as per my customizations. Then what’s the point of “build your own”. -_-

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent visit to your store. First, I ordered Italian Herb and Garlic bread, but was informed it was out of stock. I was left with only one option: plain bread. The staff member didn’t even offer the multigrain bread, which was clearly available in large quantities. Later, when I asked for additional fried onions (which I had already requested in my order), he refused, stating that I could only have one serving. He even had the audacity to say, “You can’t customize because you’re already getting one free,” which felt very condescending. I explained that I wasn’t asking for anything extra, but he still denied my request. If customization is not allowed, then it shouldn’t be offered as an option. Additionally, if you're going to offer a BOGO deal, don’t make the customer feel undervalued. This was, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever received at Subway, and the staff member was incredibly rude.

The worst service i have ever experienced in my entire life. I visited this restaurant in the evening of October 16, 2024.
I wish that there was a minus 1 rating. This restaurant had the worst customer service ever.
We ordered footlong and one six inch subs.
The vegetables needed in the front were almost emptied so I requested to sever (His name was Vineet) to refill them. So the Server- Mr Vineet said ya ya, and ignored my request and continued to use the left over vegetables on the sub so I again requested him to refill them so he took away all the vegetables bins inside and disappeared for good 10 minutes until I called him if he is going to come or should I leave? To which he came out with frustration and shouting on me that “why are you yelling at me? Why are you being rude with me?”
And started shouting so loudly. I corrected him and said that “I am not shouting on you I am just saying that why are you taking so much long time refill the vegetables?”
After that he again started shouting so intensely that there was another customer who was waiting for his order he also noticed it.
He said with loud tone that “ I am doing my job, I also have to prepare for closing so it may take time. Understood?” Just want to clarify it was 20:45 and the store is scheduled to close at 21:30 so he still had good 45 minutes to close the store.
So, He continued to show such a bad attitude.
The other customer who appeared to be his friend told him to calm down to which did and he said sorry to us and started making sub in unpleasant manner.
Lastly, I also worked as sandwich artist a decade ago at subway restaurant and I am well aware that great customer service plays such an important role to run this business successfully.
After my today’s experience I will never go back in this location ever again and I hope the owner of this restaurant reads this review and coaches this server (Vineet) on how to provide excellent customer service otherwise he will surely harm this business. Thank you
