Warning if you can don’t go to this subway. Service is absolutely horrible and from reading the previous reviews subway doesn’t seem to be doing anything about it. the person who made my sandwich had a huge attitude, dropped my cheese, then after refused to add back on the cheese and refused to not toast the sandwich. I should have just left but felt bad.

The staff is kind and friendly, there's usually at least a couple parking spaces available, and the food is pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a standard Subway restaurant.
Overall, I'd recommend going to this location.

We will not be coming back after such a nasty experience.
First of all, the employee who took our order was prepping mozzarella using bare hands, separating it piece by piece. That’s already a red flag for hygiene.
Second, the portions were stingy. I ordered the teriyaki rice bowl and received very little meat. Worse, she put the meat and rice in the same container to heat it up. At these prices, you’d expect better quality and quantity.
Then she tried to justify the portion by putting the already-heated meat (mixed with rice) into the teriyaki scooper to show it was a full serving—obviously misleading, since it’s no longer just meat. Even worse, she risked cross-contaminating the entire teriyaki batch by doing that.
This experience has convinced us not to return. In the future, rather than try to make the best of poor service, I’ll simply walk out. I’m tired of having to compensate for staff who show little regard for food safety or customer care.

Preet was exceptional at making my order, cleared all my doubts and handled everything with patience and friendliness
Best subway this side of the Humber river
This location did not pass their inspection which might have something to do with people being sick (see reviews below). Unfortunately, I will no longer eat at this location.

Very nice location to visit. Served by awesome and charming employees. They always have smile on their face. Excellent sandwiches
Had a sub today in the evening around 5:30 ish at this location and a couple hours later I started having severe stomach issues. (Had nothing to eat since that so I know it was the cause.) Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Please please make sure you are washing your hands and changing gloves regularly when handling food.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Subway since its conception as I have lived in the area for 28 years, but after today's experience, I will never return. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service was shocking. I purchased a footlong sub, and as I went to pay with a $20 bill, a small corner of the bill was ripped, but both serial numbers were intact, and there was no other damage. The worker refused to accept it, claiming it was fraudulent, and asked if I had another form of payment. When I explained I didn’t, she conferred with another employee and maintained that the bill couldn’t be accepted.
I calmly explained that, under Canadian law, the bill should be valid, as the serial numbers were clearly visible and any bank would accept it. However, the worker, with a smirk on her face, dismissed my explanation and rudely stated that Subway’s policies override Canadian Common Law. To add insult to injury, she insinuated I was uneducated and had no idea what I was talking about, which was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive.
To make matters worse, the worker went on to share a story about another customer whose ripped bill was refused, which had nothing to do with my situation. Then, she did something even more inappropriate by asking another customer in line if they would accept my $20 bill or if they’d be willing to exchange it for a replacement bill—completely out of line. She even claimed that accepting the bill would come out of her own pocket, which violates labor laws if that's what Subway is telling its employees.
This experience highlights just how far Subway has fallen in terms of customer service. It's not about “the customer is always right”—it's about being knowledgeable and trained in policies and laws that apply to your business. The unprofessional attitude, lack of respect, and poor handling of a simple transaction were unacceptable. Subway, like many other companies, seems more interested in cutting corners and maximizing profits than maintaining a positive reputation. Very disappointing!

Change your gloves! Don’t take cash from people and then use the same gloves to make a sandwich! Scratching your head or touching your clothing and then going back to preparing food is GROSS. You probably have a million gloves in stock. I’m pretty sure subway doesn’t care how many you go through if it prevents people from getting sick due to poor hygiene practices! Don’t just change one because you’re too LAZY. CHANGE YOUR GLOVES!!!

Ridiculous pricing. $10 for a 6 inch. You’re better off going somewhere else. Service was nice but damn. He was also being picky with the tomatoes. With a price like that you should be dumping the whole thing in ?
