Always told washroom is out of service!!! I work in construction and would like to wash my hands before getting food that I have to handle. But most times here I’m told I can’t use the washroom for whatever reason and end up going somewhere else so I can WASH MY HANDS!
I’m also pretty sure it a health/ public code violation to not have washrooms👀

This was one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered 4 sandwiches through the app from the 3295 Yonge Street location, and when I opened them at home, they were a disaster. Three were supposed to be steak sandwiches and one brbn BBQ steak chedar, but they had almost no meat — just a pile of lettuce. The sandwiches were empty, poorly prepared, and missing key ingredients. Honestly, I felt scammed. I threw my money away. I will never order from this location again, and I seriously think this branch should be shut down if this is the quality they serve.

If you’re heading to Subway and Suueta is working, you’re in for an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and positive energy that instantly made me feel welcome. What truly stood out was her attention to detail and how carefully she prepared my order—every ingredient was fresh, the portions were perfect, and she ensured everything was made just the way I like it. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and focused on quality, even during busy hours.

Suueta clearly takes pride in her work. She was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. It’s because of her outstanding service that I’d love to visit this location again and again. Employees like her make all the difference—she doesn’t just serve food, she creates a great experience. Subway as a brand should recognize how valuable someone like Suueta is. In today’s fast-paced world, her kind of hospitality and customer care is hard to find.

If every location had someone like her behind the counter, customer loyalty would skyrocket. Hats off to Suueta—keep doing what you’re doing. You truly made my visit a memorable one!

I was a loyal customer until it was taken over by cheap owners that have made ingredients spicy and are stingy on the sub toppings that I constantly have to beg for like 8 little black olive slices for a 12” sub and when asked for more they add another 4 more. It’s ridiculous paying $15 for a sub that you can’t even get the toppings you want and pay for. I’m done with this nonsense.

Was having difficulty finding items in Foor Dadh app so called store just after 7:45 while I was entering Door Dash order. I submitted order while I was speaking to him after a few minutes. Subway person told me he couldnt make our subs because he had already put everything away. Didnt make sense as the store wasnt closed yet. I heard my order go through as I was speaking with him. He kept insisting he had put everything away and couldnt make the sandwiches. I suggested he should not put everything away that long before closing. He then said he couldn't cancel a $66 order or his boss would fire him. This seems to indicate he knows what he was doing was wrong by technically closing early.
He prepared our 3 subs.
All were wrong. Veggie patty cold, wrong breads, toppings mostly missing on all 3. Barely any tuna in mine. Tuna bread stale. Veggie bread wrong. All 3 missing onions, crispy onions, green peppers, cucumbers, 2 missing lettuce.
Veggie not cut in half. Veggie patty inedible.

TOMATOES PUT ON SANDWICH FOR SOMEONE EITHER TOMATO ALLERGY!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Subway location is an absolute disaster in every possible way. Hygiene is non-existent here – the floors were sticky, tables were covered in crumbs, and the food prep area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The sandwich artist (if you can even call them that) handled food without gloves, and I actually saw them touch cash before going back to assembling sandwiches. Disgusting!
Customer service? Forget about it. The staff were rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging customers. When I tried to explain my order, I was met with eye rolls and muttering under their breath. To top it all off, the owner, who finally stepped in after I asked for assistance, was beyond arrogant and unapologetic. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were condescending and acted like I was the problem for even bringing it up.
Stay far away from this location unless you enjoy being treated poorly and risking your health.

Do not eat here. Their hygienic standards are terrible. I've walked out twice due to obviously bad veggies, and due to unhygienic staff behaviour. The final straw was the food poisoning. (My fault, I should have known better. But sometime you just want a sub.)

0 star ! this is second time, i had this worst experience,super cheap on proportions of good, and veggie also doesn’t look fresh at all, it seems like cheap owner with his cheap mentality and employee who was working are also looked super tired, with completely unprofessional attire, this is not at all good

I came to the store on Thursday Aug 1st at 9:30 and the employee working said they were closed. Their operating hours said until 10:00 pm so when I challenged him on that he said there was a leak in the back so he had to close early today. He was the only one in the store . Then I challenged him on what a leak in the back has to do with making a sandwich and he said he’d already closed the POS system for the night and counted the cash. If I were the owner I would want to know if this is someone trying to get home early and turn away business.

Guess what? The location is worse for work as well!owner seriously don't care for employees or the customer. There is no hygiene in the back kitchen. They don't care about your portion or the order is vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or vegan. I hope subway will read the review and increase the surprise inspections. Always keep an eye on your order while it is being prepared. From baking bread to preparing an order at the counter, they have their own training and method for preparing the order and increase the profit at the cost of the customer's portion and hygiene.
