Had a great experience at this subway location. The staff was friendly and efficient. The sandwiches were fresh and made exactly the way I wanted. The place was clean and the service was quick even during the rush hours. Definitely a reliable spot for a good meal.

Fantastic experience at this Subway! The service was quick and . I have ordered vege sub and the ingredient was perfectly fresh and delicious.The ingredients were well-stocked, and everything tasted great. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be visit again!
Ordering through the app is a nightmare here. They alter their prices on the app at this location, and half the time the sandwiches aren’t available to order. Even if you do end up placing an order, they’ll call you to confirm before making the sandwich?? I place mobile orders to SAVE TIME, only to arrive and discover that they haven’t started making my order. I have screenshots from two neighbouring Subways and look at the price discrepancy.
I humbly request that if the store is gonna close early than what’s advertised, just change the time in the google maps. I came in for a sub at 1.50 ( the shop closes at 2 as advertised), i walked 15 min in freezing cold to get a sub to find out the store door is already locked at 1.50 . I understand thats its almost closing but you can make a sub in 5 min max.The guy inside was just standing doing nothing btw. Total disaster. Yes i did come to the right location stupid.
The girl who works there in the morning is very rude and disrespectful and also I feel she is a bit racist.
I asked her if I can use the washroom before I purchase and she didn't answer and put the keys for washroom on counter
When I was finish she the said sir are you buying anything I said yes I'm
She made my sub and I went to pay for it
And every bill I took out of my wallet she held it to the light and said it fake
I demanded my money back as I had just left the bank and withdrawn it and told to keep the sub I go somewhere else
I actually went back to the bank and nothing was wrong with any of my bills
She made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected how she was speaking to me

Great place for a quick dine in. Customer service was amazing. They have such a fast service. Everything was fresh and the food tasted so amazing. Great job keep up the great work.

In the service industry, the customer is always first. Enter the twilight zone if you dare visit the peanut Plaza subway… The staff will refuse to give you the sub toppings you request. It’s quite surreal. Let this play out to its logical conclusion…

Abhi is a genuinely nice guy, and a customer throw an absurd, racist remark at him today was infuriating. That behaviour is completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated.

Absolutely terrible Subway location. Never ever come here. I was looking to get the offer on the app. Was told by Abhi that the only way to get the offer was to go online. Although I prefer to order in person for accuracy I did order online because I wanted the offer. Unfortunately for some reason the cheese did not appear on the order so I asked to have it put on as it is included with the sub. Abhi absolutely refused. Said it would be modifying the order. Well if the order was incorrect it’s just easy to add it. Then the customer can leave happy. Isn’t it really that simple. Unfortunately not that simple. He was adamant not to make it the way I had asked then refused to make my sandwich and told me to leave after I had paid for my order. If you refuse to make it then give me a refund. I was then called a racist. If you are calling me a racist because I am Caucasian who is calling the kettle black. This is not the kind of service you expect as a customer. Will never be coming back. I have heard bad things about this location and I should have listened.

I’ve always loved Subway for how fresh everything tastes. The veggies are always crisp and I can actually see my sandwich being made right in front of me. The staff at this location are super friendly and patient, even when it’s busy during lunch hours. The bread smells amazing every time I walk in and they never rush me when I’m choosing toppings. It’s the perfect spot for a quick but healthy bite.

I was very disappointed with the service. I came in the morning, and the lady who served me was rude and unwelcoming. She seemed impatient when I took a moment to decide what to order. It made the experience quite unpleasant
