I ordered online from what I thought would be a fresh sub with fresh ingredients instead I got literally rotten lettuce like there was slimy lettuce. They refused to do anything about it wouldn’t give me my money back. Nothing been waiting for support to contact me back, but they’re just literally ignoring me. Literally rotten ingredients.

I recently ordered online for pickup from this Subway location, primarily because it was the closest to where I live. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing.
The bread was so over-toasted that it became hard and unpleasant to eat. I ordered a brisket sub and a veggie sub, and both were severely lacking in toppings. The brisket sub, in particular, was a far cry from what one would expect from Subway—small portions, minimal ingredients, and completely unappetizing.
The older lady preparing the subs seemed to deliberately skimp on everything, almost as if trying to cut costs at the expense of the customer. The portions were so small it felt like a scam, especially considering I paid $30 for two footlongs. To make matters worse, the overly toasted bread left the subs dry and devoid of flavor.
It’s disappointing to see such poor quality and service, especially at these prices. I suspect the woman making the subs might be the owner/operator, which makes the lack of care even more concerning. I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend others avoid it as well.

The skimpiest Subway sub I've ever received. I asked the person to double all the toppings which brought it closer to what I got elsewhere just a week ago. But that didn't apply to the tuna which was just a thin layer. This location is not keeping up Subway's usual level.
Worst customer service ever, after all process they say it will be charged extra at the time of billing.

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway today, November 7th, around 1:45 pm. I ordered an Italian veggie patty sub, but the service left much to be desired.
First, the employee started billing my order before even completing it, which felt rushed. Then, when I asked for crispy onions, I was told there would be an extra charge. I regularly add crispy onions, and this was the first time I’ve been asked to pay extra for them. When it came to sauces, the employee informed me I could only add four sauces. I usually add sauces as I like without any limitations, so this restriction felt unreasonable.
Overall, this experience was disappointing, especially given the consistent service I’ve received at other Subway locations. I hope Subway will address these issues to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

The quality of this subway is awful, and the owner doesn't care.
Most recently I purchased 2 subs - the tandoori twist and the stampede brisket, both of which come with double cheese as standard, but the sandwich maker only put a single amount of cheese on them. When I questioned him about it on the second one, he just smiled and continued to make my sandwich without fixing the issue. If the sub costs $16.50 and comes with double cheese, I shouldn't have to worry about it being made right.
This was an online order to be ready in 20 minutes, but it took over 30, not started until after I arrived.
I contacted the owner about the experience, and they gave me some ridiculous reply thanking me for my feedback instead of at minimum apologizing.
I was going to keep this private, but that email response showed no customer care values at all.

Worst subway store in whole canada . We ordered sandwich and chicken shawarma bowl. The guy on the counter, his name was Neil who made our food . He was literally counting everything before adding to sandwich and bowls. So far, the footling used to be stuffed with toppings and sauces so much so that the toppings will literally fall out of the sandwich and the sauces will drip out. please refer to the attached picture for your reference and tell me if it’s fair to pay for this sandwich.
moving on to the shawarma rice bowl, it was more like a salad bowl with not even enough salad. Side literally added two mini scoops of rice and two mini scoops of chicken. SMH. When confronted, he didn’t even respond and just moved on to the next customer.
We paid $30 for this. Is it worth paying $30?

Worst day of my life man 💔
I order sub and the old lady talk very rudely. Without asking me she toasted multigrain bread but i need cheese and herbs anyways when i told him to add mayo and homemade sauce she tell to only 4 sauce allow. Every bad experience all the staff is unprofessional and rude they dont know how to talk with customer. I recommed to all in this food court u have other resturants please please its my humble request not go to subway they just mess up our order.

We did an online order and we reached at the location. There is a guy working name NEEL. He was very rude in behaviour, not answering us properly and also when we asked him to add some extra veggies he denied even after we told that he can charge us for that. His behaviour was like zero tolerable. He also didn’t packed the sandwiches properly, also touching the veggies and meat with same gloves even after being asked to change gloves. I recommend to take some action against him.

It's a disgrace for an Indian person to take franchises for an American company and have no idea how to run the business. Not 1 good review I can see left behind on the place the worst service Experience The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, making the whole experience even worse. I left feeling disappointed and regretting my choice. Definitely not returning!" They definitely need to close this place down or replace the management and the staff.

They are super stingy / cheap with their vegetables. You’ll ask for something ie peppers and they’ll give you two green peppers, total. Ask for extra they’ll maybe give you three. For a nearly 8-10 dollar SIX inch sandwich this is ridiculous.
