Went to this subway to get a footlong sub which I did but when I ask for Italian herb and cheese bread the employee advise me that all they had was white or brown bread which was such a let down how do they only have two type of bread ready

We walked in with my baby and while waiting in queue we ordered online to speed up. However when the lady was making our sub, another walk-in came in and the lady started making his sub. When I asked she said that my online order has some time so she is now serving another customer and leaving my sub half done and cooling it. I asked her to finish my sub and then serve another customer but she declined even though she was 80% done. She told me the other customer was in a hurry and that made me feel so unwelcome and unwanted. I never had such an embarrassing experience and someone treating me like a second class citizen. I will never go to this subway again, will find another one nearby instead. The sub had so less sauce it tasted bland, the worst sub I ever had.

The cashier lady was very rude to us. We came just 10 minutes before our order time, but we didn’t say anything—we simply sat and waited quietly. Still, she told us, “It’s not your order time,” in a very rude way. At the end, she again said, “Guys, next time come at your order time,” which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
On top of that, the way she was making the Subway was very careless. There was a lot of mismanagement, and it didn’t look clean or organized. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Last time out the food was pretty bad. So today I thought I’d give this location another chance, but:
1. The lady working there clearly has no interest in being there. Didn’t even say hello. Plus she has no idea what she’s doing. 2. Served me burnt bread. Almost brittle and flaky to bite. 3. Very dry sub. My Sweet Onion Teriyaki sub had no sweet onion sauce whatsoever, or any other sauce for that matter.
Total waste of my time and money. Will not go back to this location!

This was my worst experience with any subway, staff is very unprofessional and worst in a customer service, they charge me extra for crispy onions. Lady over the desk said they don’t have button for crispy onions which is no extra cost veggie, she charged me extra as an avocado. Does not make any sense. I was in a rush and made this visit i will never visit this again.
Didnt put right cheese or sauce. Then almost made me pay more without coupon

the lettuce had black spots and some were all brown, the tables all had bread crumbs, while I was eating the worker was staring at me and my kids and the worker argued with us when we said the lettuce was bad
