I love Subway! Especially the 12 inch cold cut combo with everything on it with salt and pepper and sub sauce. All the bread choices are delicious!

The lettuce was all brown and mushy, when I asked for fresh i was told no. Seen the server picking out some of the worst pieces. Poor quality overall.

I ordered a footlong sub and had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor. There is a girl who works the Tuesday 4 PM shift, and she was very rude and arrogant. She didn’t seem to understand the vegetables I was asking for and was rushing through everything. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Please consider improving the staff or providing better training as soon as possible.

Lady working on 1st of October 2025 very rude didn’t take my order and skipped me since the guy behind me was indian but the guy was nice and told me to order before him , clearly rasist and i don’t recommend it , only 1 person working and takes long time

The Soda Fountain Machine at this Subway location has been dispensing ICE with dirt, debris and specks of rust in it for over a year now! A major health and safety concern!! I noticed this last year when I visited here for lunch. I didn’t think much of it, but stopped adding the ICE into my beverage. I went to this location again recently — only to witness the same issue with the Soda Fountain Machine!! A year later?! I was absolutely appalled and angry at what I saw!! The Soda Foundation Machine also doesn’t have a Water option, for plain water to drink?! This location should be SHUT DOWN.

I recently visited this subway with my friend to buy veggie delight, and i asked for the promotion going on for potato rings and 20oz fountain drinks, they said they are not participating in it, even i do have coupon QR for that, now my question is how can you guys decide that you are participating in that or not?
The headquarter is running the promotional coupon till april 13 than why you guys refusing the customers to use that.
I am literally disappointed during the visit and will not go back ever not just because of free combo but the rules and misleading information
I will definitely email to BDO of subway as well to ask my questions

Hello Subway, I went in this morning at 11-30 to order 5 veggie subs and asked the food service attendant to use the fresh breads from today. The best part from her was she didn’t have any fresh breads that are made today and available to use at 11-30(lunchtime). She confirmed she will use the breads from last night If I want to get the subs. Moreover she said you should know it’s too early to get fresh breads from today. That is some service and food quality from this location of subway. 100% recommended to go get this awesome experience.👌👌

Totally recommend this place. Our hockey team of 25 people showed up unannounced and had exceptional service. The owner was extremely friendly and generous.
