I usually buy from this subway and have no issues… Today was not the case. As I was about to bite into my sandwich there was a huge dead bug sitting in the spinach leaf. I will no longer be eating from subway. I am sick to my stomach

I recently visited the Subway on 5091 Shepard Ave East and had a pretty solid experience. Overall, I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. The food was decent, earning a 4 out of 5 from me. The service, though, was exceptional – definitely a 5 out of 5. The staff were happy, nice, and even gave me extra stuff, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was the atmosphere. The outside was messy and had a bit of a ghetto vibe, so I'd rate it 2 out of 5 for that. Despite this, the great service and good food made up for it.

When I visited the subway for the first time, I observed that a female server wearing gloves prepared a sub for a customer. However, I noticed that she touched the meat to fill the sub bread and then proceeded to handle the veggies with the same gloves ?, without considering changing the?‍♀️. It is disheartening to realize that they do not prioritize hygiene and disregard proper food handling practices??. We didn't bought anything after what I saw and will never go again.

Very poor management

Worst and slowest service. Only 1 person working during a Saturday lunch time? Had to wait 15 min and then when we got to the front of the line they started working on online orders.

They had someone working yesterday who was sick in there making sandwiches, wiping their nose with the same then making a sandwich right after no hand wash no gloves change, had to walk right out

Guy said his name was Akshit…. Pretty sure he was lying but the dude working on 4/20 @ 10:20pm needs a reality check and doesn’t deserve the job. Rushing customers at 10:15 cause he’s closing at 11….. doesn’t want to change gloves as required by company policy and health Canada cause it “takes too much time” and he’s trying to save his time. Unpleasant experience for something soo simple. Someone who actually enjoys working should be working in his place.

Crowded at times and short staffed. They gotta whole "new millenials" future setting and menu... and they have custom subs "which I chose." "bomb." Things worked out, got what I wanted and blew. One handed "Grub," never cut your subs.

The BBQ Rotisserie chicken sandwich is my choice at Subway. I love this sandwich, I added Sriracha cream sauce " it's spicy" and Mayo which take the sandwich to the next level of taste . Customer service is friendly they are opening until 10 pm every day except Wednesday, Thursday and Friday they are open until 11 pm.
