I haven't had a problem eating here. Came a couple of times, it is pretty busy in the afternoon, and there will be a lineup during lunch time with only 1 person behind the counter. If you place a pickup order during lunch time expect to wait to the full extent of the wait time. I usually eat in, tables are usually not occupied unless it is in the afternoon, maybe 1 other person.

I recently visited the Subway on 5091 Shepard Ave East and had a pretty solid experience. Overall, I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. The food was decent, earning a 4 out of 5 from me. The service, though, was exceptional – definitely a 5 out of 5. The staff were happy, nice, and even gave me extra stuff, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was the atmosphere. The outside was messy and had a bit of a ghetto vibe, so I'd rate it 2 out of 5 for that. Despite...

Crowded at times and short staffed. They gotta whole "new millenials" future setting and menu... and they have custom subs "which I chose." "bomb." Things worked out, got what I wanted and blew. One handed "Grub," never cut your subs.
