December 22-2025 around 1am I ordered 2 footlong sub and I I mentioned that I want grilled and toasted Italian bread but I didn’t get also there is topping also missing like crispy onions and sauce as well . I’m adding pictures so please do not ordered from this store

I ordered through the Subway app and had already paid. When I arrived, the staff told me they didn’t have any soup. I asked for a refund—either back to my card or cash. The employee only refunded the soup price without tax, and when I asked about it, he argued with me for a long time instead of fixing it. Then he said if I wanted the tax back, I’d have to return my sandwich and cancel the whole order. I wasted more than 10 minutes waiting for my “online order” just to be treated like this. The staff even warned me not to order soup next time because “we don’t have soup.” Very unprofessional and rude.

Subway employees do not maintain cleanliness at all while preparing food. They take out the garbage bin with the same hands. They prepare the sub bin without washing their hands.

Just a bit worse than some subways. It's pretty much the same as any subway. But it felt like they were trying to cheap out on veggies. All the ingredients were a little sub par. Tomatoes were cut down roma. Which are not the type advertised. Onions were harsh and cheap looking, also served with some onion peel... Cucumbers are the thinnest I have ever seen, both in diameter and thickness.

Terrible. Will not be visiting this location again. Bread was a week old, really cheap on ingredients. They put two 2 slices of tomato on the entire sandwich. Stingy on lettuce. Lettuce of all things. I will take my business somewhere else going forward
