I had such a bad experience at this location with the employee “Ashish”.She has like a lot of attitude and no sense to speak to the customer.She does not know how to treat a customer well and what is called customer service, this was my second experience with her.I asked her to put some more red onions in the subway and then she is picking only 1 onion at a time and when I asked her ,more red onions she replied “I know what is red onions”,Is this the way how your staff delivers the customer service ? I told her grilled and toasted, but she did not even toasted her,I think you really had to improve the staff behaviours.The other day it was some guy, he was so nice and welcoming but the girl today gave me such a disappointing visit that I don’t have any kind of words for her.

I ordered delivery from this location for the second time this month and for the second time in a row they have messed up the order (missing toppings both times, wrong cheese once and not toasted once). I will not be ordering delivery from them as obviously they cannot read simple instructions.

Went into the store trying to order. The person working wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I could see them in the back on their phone. I said hi, hello and was ignored. Waited a while and ended up leaving when I realized I wouldn’t be receiving service. Won’t bother to come back.

Completely wasted money here! I recommend everyone not to order from here. My footlong was made very poorly, Completely tasteless, almost no sauce, and very less veggies and the sub was very cold. THIS WAS THE WORST SUB I'VE EVER HAD!!!!

I was so unhappy with my order. I ordered a rice wrap and the wrap i got was with extra extra extra salt seasoning in the chicken. It was such a garbage wrap and I didn't eat any of it and ended up going to Tim Hortons in the same plaza and dumped this wrap for which i paid almost $15 (for this garbage) . I thought it is supposed to be the same taste at every subway . I think the crew need to take extra care while making the food as it is meant to be the same taste at every subway you go. Please educate the staff well. Will not be going to this location again for wasting my money. Would have given less than one star if there was an option.
