This Subway deserves five stars for consistent quality. Every time I visit my sub tastes fresh and flavorful. The bread is never stale and the veggies are perfectly crisp. The workers are friendly and handle every order with care. It’s nice to see such dedication in a fast-food restaurant.

I order 2 foot long Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki from this subway for pickup. Shame on me for not supervising the creation of the sub because they gave me 1 scoop of chicken instead of 2 scoops, after I found the sub to be subpar in weight. I opened the sub up on a plate and found 5 slices of chicken per 6 inch. The chicken tasted like it was over date. Buyer beware. Make sure you watch them make the sub to ensure all the meat is given for the sub you order. By the way they’re also cheapskates on the vegetable toppings. To say I’m disappointed would be to say the least.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They were absolutely so disrespectful had no interest into making the moment right. Or interested in customer satisfaction I told him I wanted to Churro with my Subway sandwich, but after I saw the sandwich maker put little to no sugar on the churro I decided that I didn’t want it anymore and they almost refused to take that off my bill. After I repeatedly told them that I no longer wanted it before it was ready even the l manager or supervisor was hesitant and even giving me a refund. Completely dissatisfied.

5+1 Stars. Have been coming to this subway since a year. I mostly have to rely on subway for my lunches have tried almost each and every one in GTA, KWC and Hamilton but this one is hands down the best. Never had a change in quality, staff is always polite even when me and my friends bombarded them with more than 12subs at once. The filling never falls. ? Keep it up!
