First i went in person she was very rude and their machine was not working so they couldn’t not use my gift card then i ordered on line and ordered 3 cookies and only got 2 and when I called them 5 times not one time did they answer.

Bad portions I got three tomatoes on a foot-long very little toppings when I asked for everything please and thank you and when I asked for more toppings, it was an issue. I’ll never go there again.

On 28 of nov me and my friend went here after getting done with our shift we were hungry we came in the lady didn’t even wished us no welcome nothing she was constantly busy talking with someone on the phone and also she didn’t asked us what to add or what to not I think this is not the way someone should run this business the service was just worse and also she was adding toppings as per her wish . I request everyone to never ever visit this location .

Nov/04/2025 around 4:20pm, I made an order for delivery from this location. The lady that was working messed up my order and my mom didn’t receive her food. I called the store and she lies telling me there is no managers and refused to give me her name. When asking for compensation she spoke rudely then cut the phone. I called back and she was disrespectful and cut the phone again. To the store owner, based off the date and time provided, talk with your employee and have her fired. This is an embarrassing look for a franchise like subway.

Went there yesterday to order food and wanted to use the washroom first. Asked the lady if it is open or not? She made a bad face and said 'Just for customers' didn't even bother to ask whether I want food or not. It's obvious why they have 2.7★ on google maps lol. I didn't even bother to order food and just left the store right away.

One of the worst subways I have ordered from. The smell inside is just obnoxious and made me extremely nauseas. Food was horrendous I have never been disgusted by subway before. Meat seemed to be left out with no cover for a while. They don’t toast the sandwhich correctly. I don’t see why this place is still open. Waste of $20.

I ordered on the app and requested for my sandwich to be toasted… I brought it home, took 15 mins, and the bread was mush! It was literally peeling off like play dough and mush . There was also barely any meat or veggies … from a foot long I got about 3 cucumbers which is so mind blowing. I could barely eat the bread so thought I could eat the inside but there was barely anything to eat ! So disappointing.

I asked for footlong nachos, and the cashier responded loudly in front of many customers, “Do you know it’s just chips?” I politely replied, “Of course I know —that’s why I’m ordering it.” Her communication skills were poor, and she struggled to speak English clearly.
I asked for takeout, but she simply placed the box of nachos into a bag without a lid. As a result, the sauces and chips spilled and made a mess inside the bag. She also didn’t provide a spoon or fork, which made it difficult to eat. Proper takeout guidelines were not followed.

Came here on Sunday june 22nd and spent $52. And went to the beach 2.5 hrs away. The sandwich was not made correctly. We came back the next day to explain and we were ignored and told it wasn't made bad. From the same lady. And told we should have came back the same time. Another woman from the back came from the back and helped us. The second lady was kind and helpful. While the other woman came to threaten me to call Subway so I just turned to the reviews instead. Pls subway at Morningside and sheppard train your employees to have better customer service. Side note:the lady from yesterday, never changed her gloves or cleaned the knife in between sandwiches.

Food is not off great quality especially the money you pay for everything these days.
This location is way understaffed or needs to hire the right people.
Store is a mess, there is no clean table for dining. Trash/recycling was full. Bathroom is not available for customers as strongly suggested by the employee.
Worst thing is this store employees doesn’t care about cross food contamination as I had to point out to the employee to change their gloves before making my sub as she was handling chicken meat earlier I noticed.
Another important thing about this store, beware they have expired food especially drinks and chips.
Strongly suggested to anyone thinking about visiting this location, careful about their bad food policies they have been following and hygiene they follow, it’s not good.
