One of the worst subways I have ordered from. The smell inside is just obnoxious and made me extremely nauseas. Food was horrendous I have never been disgusted by subway before. Meat seemed to be left out with no cover for a while. They don’t toast the sandwhich correctly. I don’t see why this place is still open. Waste of $20.
I ordered on the app and requested for my sandwich to be toasted… I brought it home, took 15 mins, and the bread was mush! It was literally peeling off like play dough and mush . There was also barely any meat or veggies … from a foot long I got about 3 cucumbers which is so mind blowing. I could barely eat the bread so thought I could eat the inside but there was barely anything to eat ! So disappointing.

I asked for footlong nachos, and the cashier responded loudly in front of many customers, “Do you know it’s just chips?” I politely replied, “Of course I know —that’s why I’m ordering it.” Her communication skills were poor, and she struggled to speak English clearly.
I asked for takeout, but she simply placed the box of nachos into a bag without a lid. As a result, the sauces and chips spilled and made a mess inside the bag. She also didn’t provide a spoon or fork, which made it difficult to eat. Proper takeout guidelines were not followed.
Came here on Sunday june 22nd and spent $52. And went to the beach 2.5 hrs away. The sandwich was not made correctly. We came back the next day to explain and we were ignored and told it wasn't made bad. From the same lady. And told we should have came back the same time. Another woman from the back came from the back and helped us. The second lady was kind and helpful. While the other woman came to threaten me to call Subway so I just turned to the reviews instead. Pls subway at Morningside and sheppard train your employees to have better customer service. Side note:the lady from yesterday, never changed her gloves or cleaned the knife in between sandwiches.
Food is not off great quality especially the money you pay for everything these days.
This location is way understaffed or needs to hire the right people.
Store is a mess, there is no clean table for dining. Trash/recycling was full. Bathroom is not available for customers as strongly suggested by the employee.
Worst thing is this store employees doesn’t care about cross food contamination as I had to point out to the employee to change their gloves before making my sub as she was handling chicken meat earlier I noticed.
Another important thing about this store, beware they have expired food especially drinks and chips.
Strongly suggested to anyone thinking about visiting this location, careful about their bad food policies they have been following and hygiene they follow, it’s not good.

I tried to reload my gift card in store because because the online option was under maintenance, worker didn't know how to reload gift cards. Worker kept asking me what sandwich I want, I had to explain I didnt want to order I just want to reload the card. Useless service.

Way understaffed. Ordered an hour in advance and when I walked into the Subway, the young associate told me 10 minutes. Asked him if he could cancel my order since I had to go to work and he told me he couldn't do it. I don't blame him though, I blame management for understaffing. Thanks for making me late for work Subway

My experience at this subway is very bad. One of the lady working here don’t know how to treat customers.
I ordered two 6-inch Veggie Delite subs through DoorDash and was very disappointed. I had carefully selected 5 sauces and a variety of veggies, but the subs came overloaded with just lettuce and barely anything else. They even added uncooked green peppers without cutting them properly. I had requested cheese to be added before toasting, but they completely ignored that.To make matters worse, I noticed a strong bacon smell in my sub and even found a piece of bacon inside which is completely unacceptable for a vegetarian order. It also seemed like they hadn’t changed their gloves while preparing it.This experience was honestly terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat from this Subway location. They really need to improve both their food quality and hygiene. I called the store immediately, and a lady answered. She told me to hold on for 2 minutes but never returned to the call. It felt like she deliberately put the phone aside so I couldn’t talk to her. I called back nearly 30 times after that, and no one responded.
