This location is in our neighborhood. I got food few times and every time the portion was different but not a big deal till last night went with my kid and there was a fly in their fridge and it sat on my bread I told her the fly was all over the bread and fridge and I do not want it anymore guess what she put both breads back to the shelf!!!!!
I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I clearly explained my order, but when it came time to pay, the cashier rang up something completely different on the cash machine. When I questioned the overcharge, she brushed it off and insisted it was correct, even though it wasn’t what I ordered. It felt like she purposely added items I never asked for.
On top of that, they don’t even provide receipts, which makes it harder to prove the overcharging. This has happened to me twice at this same location. Do your own math and double-check everything, because you cannot trust the staff here. Very disappointing and dishonest service.

Had a really bad experience. The staff was rude, didn’t greet or smile, and seemed angry that she even had to make subs. She handled the food very poorly, splitting the bread badly, slapping patty, cheese and veggies on the sub, and even tossing sauce bottles around. When we got home, the veggie patty was still frozen and the cheese was cold. The tandoori mozzarella sub was so cold we couldn’t eat it. We tried microwaving the subs but they still didn’t taste right. Ended up throwing away most of it and went out for McD.
Management should either train their staff properly or pay them better so they actually care.

Bro, SUBWAYS is a TOTAL letdown. Ordered a sub, and honestly, it tasted like cardboard with soggy lettuce. The bread was so dry it felt like I was eating SANDPAPER. Like, who even serves this?!
The meat was straight-up SUS — tasted weird, kinda rubbery, and the veggies? NOT FRESH AT ALL. Bruh, if I wanted this, I’d just raid my fridge during an apocalypse.
And don’t even get me started on the sauces. Y’all just DUMPED it on there, turning my sub into a literal swamp. It was a MESS. I swear I lost all my appetite after the first bite.
Subways? More like NO-WAYS. Save your cash and hit up a real spot. Never again.

The gentleman who closed on January 4, 2025, was very stingy with my steak and avocado bowl. Based on the picture that is advertised in the restaurant I got about half of that. Also this was the first subway that i encountered post Covid that didn't cover their veggies and based off that alone I didn't risk eating it, I threw my bowl out right away, also based on some reviews people getting food poison just confirmed my gut feeling not to eat it. The cucumbers were very dried out when I him grabbing them, that was another sign that the veggies must be old and dried out. He added the smallest amount of cheese and avocado and when do them he seemed to go back and forth not knowing how much to put, but regardless he barely put any.
He also wasn't familiar with online gift cards, and at first said I don't know what that is as my mom was trying to show him on her phone, which I thought was odd. But that could be maybe he's new or something, not sure.
Atmosphere is sub-par I mean its a subway they all have the same boring cookie cutter look.
Overall, save yourself the stomach ache and try and different location that covers their veggies and if I'm going to a subway I now know it avoid this one at all cost!

Asked before I ordered what time they were open until, was told 9:45. I ordered my food, went to sit down. Was told "we close in 5 minutes" it was 8:58! Then she said the dinning room closed at 9....why didn't you say that when I asked? Also Both washrooms are closed? I doubt that. She just wants to leave early and probably already cleaned up the bathroom and won't let anyone else in .

Untrained staff. Employee couldn’t even tell me the major intersection of the store. Refused to transfer my mobile order to correct location, refused to void the transaction even when asked by another store and also refused to refund. The amount of grief I went through to obtain a $5 sandwich is not worth it. I probably burned more gas getting this stupid mashed up half sandwich. Last time I got a plastic bag inside my sandwich.
This franchise has serious issues with providing employees with adequate training, food safety and also customer service.
It’s no wonder they took out the option of leaving a survey for the orders. They are showing you that they didn’t care much before and now showing you that they don’t care at all. You are on your own… absolute last dollar I give to this franchise.
Look at the ratings I’m not alone. I would avoid this location and encourage all my friends and family to STAY AWAY FROM SUBWAY!
Shut down all subways or they need to improve and rebrand. This company has stained their reputation even worse than their mustard staining a white shirt.

Dietary restrictions: Not considered. Employees are rid and refused to void orders, give refunds and don’t even know their own major intersection.

The staff are so lazy they don't want to clean the washrooms so they claim both bathrooms are out of order, this has been going on for months now and it's very inconvenient. Also staff are rude and impolite
