This is absolutely the WORST Subway I've ever been to. They are literally giving the chain a bad name. They are SO stingy on toppings it's like pulling teeth to get an extra super thin Cucumber. They put half the amount of Tuna on the sub AND wanted to charge me for onion frizzles. Brutal customer experience. They are definitely doing UNDER what the franchise is suggesting for making a Sub. Thanks for putting me back to Mr. Sub.

The worst subway in scarborough, there is a reason why it has such low reviews…
The grill was not working.
The lady who’s working there is extremely rude and not professional at all.
Cookie was stall and like a rock not edible at all.
There is plenty of other good subways around don’t come to this one.

They didn’t have Brian iced tea at fountain drink and told me I couldn’t change it to a bottle but did not tell me they were out before. Lady told me I cannot add crispy onions unless I want to get charged 1.35$ extra. I have been to other subways who allowed it and did not care. Do not go to this subway if there’s another one closer by you are much better off

This place rarely ever participates in the promotions on the app, accepts coupons on the app or the ones that come in the mail. It's too bad cuz I'd go way more often if they did.

There's a reason why this location has such low ratings. If I could give 0 ratings I would. The people that work here are extremely rude and food does not taste good at all. I know several people who've had the same horrible experience.

They got into a fight with my dad the other day and would not refund the sub they gave him as the sandwich smelt like the meat was bad and was extremely soggy. He walked in to get a refund and it became a full out argument to get the refund.

We asked for the manager's name and contact information to make a complaint and she refused to give it to us and was yelling at the top of her lungs. You pride yourself on customer service and it was not the case at all.

They need to change there whole management and employees at this location. I will be launching a HUGE complaint to Subway Canada.

Very unfriendly. Not recommended. When I gave her the coupon I have, she said we don’t accept these coupons although the coupon says 2 cookies, she said we don’t give cookies. So ridiculous

I kindly asked the lady employee to use the restroom and she told me I was not allowed because i am not a “paying customer”. i told her it is not allowed to deny washroom request by law. she yelled at me and told me i was wrong but still gave me the washroom key, i guess she didn’t want to get into any trouble with her boss haha & the subway restaurant itself stunk. i would not have eaten there regardless because or the uncleanliness
