Ordered a Veggie pattie footlong online. Order accepted and paid for. Drove 6 km to the store and parked in a paid parking as there's no free parking near the store, only to be told on arrival that they don't have any veggie patty. On top of that, the server had no clue how to refund the order and kept me waiting for another 20 minutes to figure out how to refund.

WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER - AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Workers didn’t bother to listen to my order and instead blatantly talked over me just to gossip to each other. One worker just stood there snickering and talking to the other instead of helping another person in line with their order. They also mocked my partner’s voice and ruined half of our day.
(The two men who were working there at 3pm May 18/2025 don’t know what they’re doing and were inexcusable rude. The two should be fired to avoid more reviews like this.)

The food was fine but the staff tonight was rude and condescending which was surprising as I remained kind and polite throughout the interaction.
I enjoyed my time going there at this store because it’s the closest to my house but I have had such a bad experience with the staff that I don’t mind walking extra 10 minutes and going to the other restaurant at Saint Clair. The staff said the same thing which was flabbergasting, anybody reading my review do not go there if you want to have a good experience and eat your food in peace.

They have such bad and rude staff, if u ask them for anything extra they say they will charge more and make faces at you and complain that they cant add more topping which is defiant to how subway works. Theres one subway not too further from here even tho this is one is the closest to my house the guy working there asked me to go to the other restaurant. Nobody should go there, this is worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Been ordering subs from this location for years on a weekly basis, the prices at this location are noticeably cheaper than other locations I've been to food is fresh and it recently got a makeover so the store looks nice.
4/5 on service I noticed if it's lunch time there's usually two people making subs and that's great but any other off peak times I've gone in and there's one person making subs and three or four people in line waiting, or their busy working on subs that were ordered via Uber or other services.

The Subway Shop at the Christie and St. Clair Avenue West is another very good location to pick up your favorite sandwich.
Because this location is also as busy as the one just a few steps up the street, all of the ingredients are fresh.
I also love the customer service and getting the opportunity to chit chat with the staff.
