Made an online order, the app said my orders were ready, but when I arrived, I was told that steak ran out. The fountain drink is absolutely disgusting. It’s as if you’re drinking from sewers. You can literally get sick and can tell right away that is filthy. Please don’t offer drinks if you can’t maintain cleanliness from your establishment. While it is a lot of work to clean the fountain machine, it’s not an excuse to compromise the health and safety of your guests. The Ministry should be informed about this habit.Edit: Visit was Feb 19th around 3:20pm. The owner replied saying they clean their machine all the time. This is a lie. Can you at least be truthful and responsible about this? Instead of taking full accountability and resolving this issue, you will lie and say that machine is cleaned daily? No. Please don’t lie. Just don’t.
