Worst Subway location - no Lettuce or Whole Wheat bread. Not sure why they advertise on Google is there is no inventory.

Mainly went there to redeem a coupon.

Do not buy any Subway gift cards here!!!!! The cashiers charge HST on all Subway gift cards. I had to look up the Ontario law after buying a $50 gift card (for the free foot long sub promo with $50 gift card purchase) and I was shocked to get charged a $6.50 HST tax. In Ontario, gift cards do not incur any tax until the gift card is redeemed! Know your consumer rights. This Subway just pockets free money by charging tax on gift cards. By charging HST on every dollar and then charging HST on every dollar AGAIN when you redeem a sub later, you are effectively paying 26% HST!!!!!!!!!

My cousin got sick after eating there. He had to be hospitalized. I know he got it from here because he is the only one who got food from here.

Told me that the 2× cheese for the chicken rancher was only a total of 4 slices for a footlong. Worst subway ive ever been in I wanted to leave halfway through my order, I should've. Got charged extra for no reason.

Just stop there this morning to pick up my lunch and the lady was shovelling in front of the door told me they were not open yet at 9:58am. That it will open another 15-20 mins. Yet I have been there at the same time picking up something. I check google and they were open from 8am. The older West Indian woman there is horrible and rude with interactions iv had with her. Clearly someone didn’t want to work then why work there if you don’t want to work or serve anyone? Close it down or get better employees. Bring back the young lady that was pleasant no matter her day and nice to chat with. Treated customers with the service that should be provided and a nice attitude towards everyone.

Ask for your receipt and check it. They will try sneak in items you did not receive

My go to subway. Staff is very nice, and remembers me, never disappointed. I'm kind of surprised by all the 1 star reviews. I eat here at least once a week and always have a good experience.

Laura the lady who works in this store is extremely rude i ordered through the app for pick up she did not want to put any toppings nor any sauces whats the use of subway without toppings and sauces never go into this store nor order online from this store they are highly unprofessional and they use dirty vegetables

I got 6 inch steak and cheese on Italian herb bread. The bread was stale, and those are the hard pieces, There was barely any steak. I mostly ate bread. The toppings look like they’ve been sitting there a while too. But the server was nice

All I ask is somewhat fresh and get the order right. Garbage location.

This location will give you the smallest amount of toppings possible. I received 1 cucumber, 1 piece of green pepper and 3 small pieces of onion on a FOOTLONG. Subway cs didn’t care. Another time I watched her put a HALF a scoop of cheese and burnt the meat. On a footlong

I had to go home and cut my own lettuce, cucumber, onion etc and put grocery store salad dressing. I should not have to do that after buying a $13 sandwich.

Will no longer be eating at any subway. They SUCK
