My biggest thing is cross contamination. I watch the worker start making my food. Went to grab more supplies, with the same glove touching other things. With the same glove continue making my food. There also bery cheap with the toppings. I been here a few times all the same

Dirty store, the person working was doing a favor prepping my order, she was scooping rice and chicken with same utensils, wore same gloves prepping different order, please clean you store and keep clean containers, owners should own up and take feedback seriously. Never visiting this disgusting place againšŸ‘Ž

This use to be a great place and good staff, this might be the WORST service and unsanitary place you could eat at i do not recommend. Went to day at 4PM October 2 2024 that man needs to be fired or retrained.

This was an absolute disaster on the smallest order. I went to try out their churros (which obviously was mistake number one). The first employee didn’t even know that this was on their menu, until a second employee told him it was available. They then pulled out a greasy wrap out from the freezer, and proceeded to pull one churro out and heat it for ten seconds. As I took my first bite, it tasted sour, and had definitely gone bad. You’d expect a churro to be a little crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, but this was just hard throughout. Just threw it out - will not be visiting Subway ever again.

EVERYBODY! Be careful with the indian lady. She tried to scam me twice. ASK ALWAYS YOUR RECEIPT. I bought a 6" but she charged me a footlong TWICE.

I ordered 2 sandwiches just now from this store and was surprised with two sandwiches with no meat and no cheese in it. I ordered two Italian bmts and got two very poorly made veggie sandwiches with so much sauce you could barely taste anything. I made a complain on Uber eats and they are refunding only a third of what I paid. This is a joke.

If I could give -100 stars, i would. We came in at 11:20am and most of the vegetables have gone bad but the staff were still putting them in the subs. We asked for fresher vegetables that are not brown or mouldy and they said what they have at the back is the same. They begrudgingly gave 2.5 pieces of spinach for our subs and 2 pieces of green peppers. Their lettuce were all brown and mushy so we told them to leave that out. This franchise really needs to have a quality check by the head department because I don’t think this Subway allows their customers to ā€œEat Freshā€.

The only good thing about this location is their staff though bored and uninterested in working can actually count.

The location over by Broadview and Danforth, though friendlier - none of their female staff can count. A footlong BMT consists of six slices of three types of meat; Genoa Salami, Pepperoni and Ham. Meaning 6+6+6, but that location puts 7+8+7 and dare call that a double meat, and when I bring up the issue they mis-counted they shove a single slice of pepperoni in as if that would make up the missing 5+4+5.

This location, there is only one guy whom I trust. He only works during the day and often has music blasting to the point it sounds like a rock concert. Almost deafening and it is surprising he can hear us. At least he knows how to count unlike the idiots over by the Broadview & Danforth location.

The turnover for this store seems as frequent as that other location I mentioned.

Does subway not have a decent hiring/training program. They seem to only hire uneducated unschooled people with very limited social skills let alone manners. What I do know of the company is even Head Office is staffed by morons. Dictating new and useless policies to the stores yet overcharging the most basic tools/supplies to the franchise owners.

The location over by Sherbourne & Bloor has great staff and great policies but because of the high cost of staple items to Franchise owners, for the longest time they didn't serve the subs in standard Subway wrap or bags - why because the cost to stock-up on those items was insane and cheaper for them to use wax/parchment paper bought from No Frills across the street or to use generic white plastic bags for take-out then to purchase the Subway branded stuff.

Sorry I seem to be ranting.

The most recent time I came to this location, it was really unsettling because there was a random man’s voice coming from a camera in the corner behind the cash register, like instructing the one woman working on how to make a Turkey sub for me. It was really awkward because whenever the man wasn’t talking, she was just staring blankly at me, waiting for something to happen, and I’d be staring back at her just confused as to what the hell is going on. She drenched my sub in sauce. Then when it was time to pay, it only got worse. She just stood there, manhandling my sandwich, staring blankly at me once again, and the man’s voice was MIA. It was so silent for SO. LONG. I asked what was going on and she just mumbled under her breath. Then she eventually must’ve felt too awkward and turned to face the camera as if pleading with it for instructions. She then asked if I had cash, which I didn’t. She just kept staring at me and I didn’t know what to do. If you told me this location’s supervisor was a random camera in the corner of the store, I’d believe you considering the insanely low level of skill and hospitality and effort. What the hell was actually going on

something weird is going on at this location. a few nights ago, i came to this location around 6:30pm, well before closing time. i tried the door, it was locked, i knocked and no one came, so eventually i called the store and it rang with no one ever picking up. i stood outside for half an hour and finally a woman came downstairs, smiling and seemingly having the night of her life, and then rolled her eyes when she saw me waiting outside and begrudgingly let me in. she was on the phone thru her airpods and would start talking and i thought she was talking to me so id say ā€œpardonā€ and she’d just laugh it off. really off putting.

The few times I come here the employees seem beyond miserable and disinterested in their job and any customers who unfortunately come in. Every order I’ve made *in person* has been wrong somehow, like just today I paid for two cookies and I received only one… with a bite taken out of it. The girl working had both AirPods in, and messed up my friend’s sub twice before she sadly wiped off the incorrect toppings for the second time and took a long look at the board behind her to see what a ā€œSuprimoā€ sub actually has on it. Overall very unpleasant!

My recent visit to this Subway was a complete letdown. The staff there couldn't seem to get their act together. Not only were they rude and unhelpful, but it was evident they had no clue how to properly make a sandwich. It's baffling how they manage to stay in business with such incompetence on display. If they don't shape up soon, they'll drive away what little business they have left.
