My experience at [Food Outlet Name] was disappointing. The food was not what I ordered, and the staff spoke rudely to me when I tried to address the mix-up. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the incorrect order and poor customer service. They even yelled not to visit the store again. This is racism

I had a disappointing experience recently. Despite clearly communicating our preferences, the staff was rude and dismissive, and our order was completely botched. When we raised concerns, the response was unprofessional. Overall, I cannot recommend this outlet based on this experience, as they failed to meet basic standards of customer service. The service person also asked me to never to visit again. This is pure racism!

Terrible customer service, rude and stingy. Asked for more banana peppers and got literally 2 more small slices. Also, did not follow instructions to wrap separately and said there is a 15 cent charge for a bag for each footlong. Atmosphere is bad, light is dim, space is cramped and messy.

March 14/24- I came to this subway to try a footlong cookie so the server was fast and the cookie was warm! The server was a fast worker and the cookie came quickly so that’s awesome! Lighting is great and stock for subs was amazing!

Worst service even, idk ab that male, he wasn’t there when we ordering, but female server is awful. When we finish our order and start to wrap, I said can u wrap in two. She said u should say that before I wrap, she wrapped it anyway, but it pissed me off, what do u think how it should be wrapped if 2 people were ordering a foot long together??? Never met kinda people like this.
