I come to this subway often and usually the workers are not the most friendly, been refused bags before smh but that changed today when a very kind woman named Nusrat (Nusicat? She wrote her name on a paper but I cant make out one of the letters) was working. She’s hands down the kindest worker i’ve met at this subway, and honestly anywhere. I ordered one footlong sub but each half was different. She never seemed annoyed like the other works when I do that and even wrapped them separately without asking!! Not to mention she offered a bag too?!?!!! 11/10 employee

Worst Subway I’ve ever visited. The service was terrible — the server didn’t follow my instructions, was stingy with the portions, and had a bad attitude overall. When I asked politely, she said “only one scoop, pay extra” in a rude way. It honestly felt like she was serving for herself, not a customer. Please don’t come to work with this kind of energy — it completely ruins the experience.

Service was good from the employees other than the fact that they didn’t ask about my points to be scanned so I had to wait for them to refund it and then do the whole process over again. Not the employees fault but they have a policy where you pay for a bag if you order in the restaurant. If you buy you order online and pay the exact same amount, you’ll get the bag to carry your food in for free. Just no logic in this. it would be nice of them to tell you that you have to purchase a bag before paying rather than have to go through the whole process of paying again.

Went in to get food and had to use restroom, the lady was about to start mopping and told me no I couldn’t use restroom and I had to wait 20 minutes. Will never come back, rudest person I’ve ever met in my life

Poor customer service. Refused to give a refund or any compensation when it was their error! The attitude towards all the customers was uncalled for, it does not matter if you’re having a bad day you should not reflect that into your job. I have been struggling alone with my mental health and I had this coupon I wanted to use before it expires, a reason to get me out of the house it was a nice day why not eat it at the beach? I walked in and ordered my sandwiches, I told them I had this coupon to use and they ignored it and charged me full price! Asking for a refund of the difference the worked then tried to talk me out of it after telling me I needed to wait for them to finish serving other customers. Why do I have to wait when it was their mistake? I understand if you are busy and need time to fix something but asking me to watch them finish little task until they feel like “dealing with me” does not feel good when your mental health is already low.

Sandwiches and cookies taste great though they put way fewer toppings than they used to.
My bigger concern is the wet and slippery area in front of your entrance, I almost fell there multiple times. Your employees have to know about it when they slide around when they come in for work. Someone can hurt themselves badly.

I’ve never seen a worker put so little amount of ingredients on a sandwich. She put a pinch of each thing as if she was rationing for the month.
Edit: Also if you get any good service here DO NOT tip on the machine. Employees don’t get a penny of debit tips, only cash tips.

Limit on veggies since when ? I have never been told maximum number of tomato slices I can have is 4 ?? I asked for a bag, lady says 10cents for paperbag. No wonder subway is in the trenches

I love this location! Nusrat is extremely kind and very professional. She makes me feel welcome whenever I visit & all of the ingredients are fresh. Highly recommend this location.
