False advertisement, it was posted that if you buy a $30 gift card you get 6 free cookies. Well I purchased the gift card & was denied my cookies bcuz the offer had expired an was told that an employee forgot to take it down. Not my problem I bought gift card in good faith. The manager Kamrun would not honor it. The expiry date was 11/30 today is 12/19 so basically 3 weeks after the promotion expires it is still advertised shame on this manager

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Subway. When I opened my sandwich, I found a hair inside the food. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of proper hygiene and quality control. I lost my appetite immediately.
I expect better standards from a place that handles fresh food. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

This was one of my favourite locations to get Subway because it was convenient on the way from home to work. I was super happy that they opened up with new renovation, but all the food was stale. All the vegetables looked like they stored it from the time that they were closed during the renovation. I asked for her to replace or put new lettuce but the worker told me that the stock were all old and that was all there was. Hopefully I do not get sick, shame to this location because usually every location I go to is fresh, this was a bad représentation of the company.

Found a hair in my sub in my 3rd bite. Disgusting. And it wasn’t even the hair of the person who was working, it was an old white short hair, lost my appetite immediately.
I’ve come here many times and usually have a good experience, but today I saw several rats in the room behind the counter. I told the worker and the manager and they didn’t seem surprised at all. Me and my boyfriend saw at least three rats running around.
