I have been to this subway here for many occasions because it is near my house. The food is decent and I have had worse but my biggest concern is the people working here. Every single worker especially one worker named “Shilpa” have very poor service. The me time I called to check on an online order and they refused to answer my call and when arriving at the store left me upset with how been disrespectful they are as there attitude showed they did not want to be there and even mumbled thing when making my sandwich that were not kind. Not to mention she has been mean to many other customer at the store and the store it self did not seem that clean either with them blocking of the eating area.

Food is decent. Service is terrible. Worker was rude over the phone, said she was unable to talk on the phone because she was “too busy” — then why bother answering the phone? Was also very rude in person, and felt like she didn’t want to be there. It’s also very unprofessional for workers to make comments on race/background of customers, they should be aware of this — this has happened multiple times with multiple other workers as well.

I wish I didn’t have to write this review but don’t go here, they have rats running around! And the rats are not scared to come out during the day when the customers are there and the lady working there was so non chalant about it. We left our sandwiches and just walked out, Disgusting 🤮 🐭

Never going to this outlet EVER AGAIN!! My wife ordered 2 foot long subs with all veggies and multiple sauces in it Online for dinner ..when I went to collect the sandwiches I heard heard the lady making the sandwich saying some crazy customer has ordered online with all veggies and sauces in it.. it is soo difficult for her to make this sandwich and this is not the right way to have a subway sandwich as I overheard this I told her I am that crazy customer here to pick this sandwich and she kept going on how she's from Bangladesh and who so ever ordered this sandwich is from an asian country and they don't know know how to order a sub.. I was just soo stunned and disgusted with the pathetic subway employee Today I was jus speechless... and she went on saying how she loves to makes sandwich with jus 2 sauces in it... This is highly unacceptable unprofessional and pathetic service by Subway... encouraging racism and obnoxious behaviour!! She couldn't even read out the names of the veggies in the online order I had to again read it for her..I just took my order and left.

Bread is stale and chewy. Vegetables look like they've been sitting there forever. Tomatoes are disgusting looking. Don't eat here. Nothing's fresh. And they're very cheap with the napkins.

Worst subway ever. I am not saying this based on just 1 visit. I am talking about 15+ visits. This is the closest subway from my place. I want there for few time and I didn't like their service and quality of breads so I started going to another subway. Everytime I try to give this subway another chance I have regretted my decision. But today was the worst which triggers me to leave this review. Today's Subway overview(I ordered from the app for pickup): 1.) No instructions regarding sauces and veggies followed. Randome sauces with randome veggies. 2.) Over baked bread. Very Hard.

There’s only two great things about that location and it’s that it is 24 hours and the lady who is serving was incredibly sweet and nice. Other than that, standard subway food. But that lady working there deserves a raise for putting up with the animals that go in there at all hours of the night. lol

Me and my wife used to go all the time. We went so much they know us. But the first problem we ever had with our sub's..both of us thought the toppings werent fresh and it tasted like garbage. We took a few bites and neither of us wanted to eat anymore after your turned off of food. After bringing back basically 2 full sub's asking for my refund after I called them and they said come over. The woman argued with me tooth and nail "the toppings are fresh, here try a tomato" I told her I'm disgusted I don't want to eat here anymore I just want my money back and have a nice day. But she instead kept fighting and fighting.. Until I forced her to call her manager and without saying another word...I got my refund. After a 10 minute arguememt with a woman who doesn't understand English very well. They have literally removed the only good subs they had after this post and we havent gone back since..no pizza sub and no oven roasted chicken breast, just the sliced chicken breast. Ohwell, another service turned to garbage.
