Never thought I'd be reviewing a Subway. But this location is definitely the one to avoid, bought a sub from here on two occasions with similar experience.
Hardly any toppings!! The person preparing the sandwich was using fewer slices of cheese and pinching pieces to layer the sandwich ... and very miserly with other toppings as well.
Hadn't been to a subway in a long time so thought this is the new normal. Then bought a sub at dt location in Financial district, and they used almost twice the filling. The way I remember subway sandwiches!
Not going back to this location again. What a scam!

Had one of the best Subway experiences at this branch. Under the new management of Jay, the customer service, quality of food and atmosphere are all top tier ✨
Jay took great care and attention to detail when making our sandwiches as if he was making his own. He even made sure if the sauces we requested weren't too heavy or light and was just right to our liking, while most other sandwich artists will make their own judgement (which is nothing wrong! Just a small effort goes a long way in the experience).
He was so warm, friendly and made stimulating conversation as we waited for our sandwiches. He didn't let us get bored and informed us of every step, so even if we were waiting we knew what it was for.
Can't wait to come back to this location even though we don't live at the Beaches at all. Wishing Jay and his team the best success as he definitely deserves it!

Best subs around and the owner is engaged and cares. I would recommend.
It has become evident, that this Subway in the Beaches has adopted a policy of apathy, shrinkflation and underwhelming quality. The subs have shrunk, the toppings weren't fresh and the prices do not reflect a fair cost for the product. I will not be returning to this store. I can just imagine the lack of integrity that the management must possess.

I felt bad for the person working here all alone on a very busy Summer Sunday in the Beach. Online orders coming in, line up in the store and only 1 person working!!?? Crazy. Maybe Subway should spend a little less money on sponsoring things like the Amazing Race and hire some more staff.
