Worst subway experience ever in my life! Lady working there don't know how to grill a bread and roast veggie patty. She only grill one side and leave other side soggy! When I told her that I am not able to separate paper from bread see told me that that's my fault that I told her to put so much stuff in the sandwich that's why this happened! What kind of response is this?

I had finished my college that GBC just now I gonna give review to each and every person I know who use to go here for food.

No access to washroom as well. What kind of customer service is this?

Worst customer service and untrained employees.

Please avoid this place to save your time and money.

It's says it opens at 8am but it's never open I hope the owners know that this location is always close in the morning and they are paying for staff and location that's making nothing maybe the the workers are afraid of work and they are on Facebook like everyone else whose not working

Placed order online, but restaurant missed the online order. When I came to pick up, I can only wait in long queue until the other people finished their orders.
App totally useless and bad customer service in this location.

This location is not operating according to its posted hours—it closes much earlier and opens much later than stated online. I also noticed water dripping from the ceiling, which is a clear safety hazard, and there’s no signage to alert customers. The service was also poor, and there’s no clear way to file a complaint. I’d highly recommend avoiding this location.

Subway is an average flavoured sandwich. It lost its prime days. But the store is nice, all employees are really good. Kamal is on of my favourite. She’s nice and fast.

They say the open at 8 am. I try to go every morning to grab something before work or sometimes for my sons lunch .. It’s never open!!! And when it is , nothing is available because they just opened. Are employees not supposed to come early to prepare for the store’s opening? Why not open later then? , like 9 so you can be ready for the customers…. And what the heck happened to the ketchup chips??? Huh

Worst subway store ever!
Went there for pickup 2 days ago.There was an Indian guy serving food ,his behaviour was the worst I had seen.when I went to pick up I gave him my name but keep insisting to see on my mobile!
When I forwarded the mobile he snatched it from my hands if I was a thief ,I was shocked after what he had done.I asked him to talk to his manager but replied manager wasn’t here and I had to be there next day if I wanted to talk.There’s no way I’m going back there ,ever again.

Worst subway store ever!

I was told when we walked in that the debit machine was down. I told him I had cash. He was hesitant to serve me and my daughters. We sat and ate when 2 young men came in. He didn't tell them the debit was down and they paid with their debit card. Not impressed.

Second time I come here more than 15 minutes before close and the door is locked in my face. I live right above this location. And the same lady keeps deciding she can close early. Business hours state clearly closes at 9PM not 8:43PM which in this case is when I went in. She told me behind the door she needs 15 minutes to clean up which is why she’s closing early. I told her I’ve worked in a fast food environment as well never has it ever been okay to close before business hours for your personal gain. She told me too bad. Watch back your camera footage. Whatever female u have working your closing shift August 20th needs to be fired
