Disappointing, consistent lack of attention to detail. Last week I ordered simple plain chips. They probably didn't have (and didn't update the apps), so in stead of cancelling the sides part they sent me what they saw fit - which had two severe allergens for me. So I had to navigate apps and spend time to ask for a refund and I donated the bags. Annoyance really but I'm so relieved I stopped to read the label. Today: I ordered ONE vegetable in my sandwich. Let me say that again: ONE vegetable. Green peppers, and they included so few that it was almost personal. Literally a few trimmings that were barely visible. I also asked for no mozzarella, but they doused it with cheese anyway. So two simple requests that were both to their cost advantage and I got a sloppy and hence unenjoyable sub. Disappointing to say the least.

Usually, a negative fast food experience is not worth complaining about. Unfortunately, this franchise location is below adequate. We were given an inaccurate, missing ingredient online order. The sandwich was half prepared.
We wanted to let you know that we felt obliged to return the order and ask if there was a mistake in preparing it. This was in the below-freezing Toronto winter to emphasize the order's lack of quality or care.
Subsequently, the employee went on to debate whether she prepared the order as described. When questioned, she complained that there were too many ingredients to close the sandwich, when, realistically, it didn't even have cheese. We had to open the sandwich bag on the counter to debate where the cheese was. The employee eventually conceded and apologized but would not refund or remake the sandwich. After turning the griller on, they added more ingredients and grilled the sandwiches.
Unfortunately, I don't believe this location deserves business until they prove they correct themselves. I feel bad for arguing with the employee, as it is likely a lack of management competency.
I recommend going to the Front St. location as an alternative.

Worst customer service. Food isn’t fresh and the employee was acting very rude. If the food inspection officials visit this place, it will be closed the very next moment to save people’s lives. Don’t visit this place..!!

Subway app is taking orders and receiving payment for this location but upon arrival they say there is no order. Upon showing the owner/employee my order on the app he told me to contact Subway and that he won't honour the order. Has happened multiple times here but has never happened at another location. Terrible customer service. Avoid

Originally I was going to eat in the restaurant but when I sat down a roach crawled across the table. We went to the cashier (who's name did not have a name on her tag) and also made the sandwiches, she didn't say anything and most importantly didn't look shocked at all.

Absolutely horrendous "customer service". Was here with a couple colleagues for a quick bite as we were in the area, and all the staff were extremely rude and arrogant. Two of them didn't know how to make one of the simpler orders, so the cashier had to help and he did not wash his hands between handling the register and putting on gloves to make someone else's food ? disgusting and unhygienic.
The bread on all the subs were super stale and inedible, with barely any toppings.
Subway is usually mid at best, but this was abysmal. Will never return here.

Buddy basically robs you by not putting anything in. Got their new steak sub, had maybe 2 teaspoons of steak in it.
Had heard about how this guy tries to do it, never thought itd be so severe.

The owner/cashier is the rudest person I have come across. I accidently ordered the wrong sub and the owner made me wait 20 minutes to refund the amount owed saying "you already paid and the system wouldn't allow" and then later said sorry the line is too big so you have to wait. The worst service I have got from any fast food provider. Surprising how subway despite the low rating of this store allows the current management to operate.

Pathetic service the man who’s serving doesn’t know how to behave, found hair in the wrap when reported he just took so casually and it’s normal for him to his hair in the food.

Sorry to be honest. I had to tell a lady to take the spoiled spinach leaves out from my sandwich while being made. I was very surprised that she actually put the rotten/smushed leaves onto the bread and tried to stack other vege on the top. I had to ask her to take it out, she seemed like not a big deal to have rotten vege. Customer service and food quality issues there.
