Showed up at 2:25 AM like a gremlin with a craving. The 6” Cold Cut Combo hit like a meat-powered lullaby—salami, ham, and bologna. SunChips brought the crunch therapy, and Vitamin Water made me feel healthy (don’t fact-check that).
Staff looked only mildly surprised to see a human at this hour. Ambience was fluorescent apocalypse-chic.
Not gourmet, not shame-free—but exactly what I needed. Midnight crisis, officially sponsored by Subway.

This is shamleful service. Please dont do this. When the receipt says MORE it doesnt equal to 2.5 cucumber and 2 slice tomato. Toronto's subways are disappointing but this branch is the worst. Also they dont have any online offers.

I visited this Subway location last Monday during the evening hours and had a disappointing experience. The staff member working the closing shift was not in full uniform — most notably, he was not wearing a cap. When I inquired about this, he stated that due to the heat, he chose not to wear it. As someone who has worked as a manager at Subway for nearly three years, I found this explanation unprofessional and inconsistent with company policy.
He also remarked that evaluations don’t occur on holidays, implying that policy enforcement is more relaxed during such times. This kind of attitude reflects a lack of accountability and disregard for established standards. Regardless of the day, company policies are in place for a reason and should be followed consistently.
Additionally, the store was poorly stocked. Only six cookies remained in the tray, and several bread options were unavailable — all this while the store still had about three hours left before closing.
As the location became busier, the staff member’s demeanor grew increasingly impatient. At one point, he urged me to speak faster so he could serve others, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
If an employee at one of my former stores had behaved this way toward a customer, it would have warranted serious disciplinary action. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not plan to return to this Subway location.

Avoid at all costs‼️
This place is extremely toxic. The owners are unethical — they steal tips, cut wages if food expires (yes, employees pay for that), and even encourage using expired veggies in food prep. On top of that, the work environment is hostile and disrespectful.
staff was kind, made my boyfriend and i sandwiches after a concert and was very patient with me
