Worst place to get the subway. The girls always have excuses not to give few things. They don’t want to grill your sandwich coz their oven gets dirty. If you ask for cheese on the top of veggies they will tell you no since they already put it on the bread??♀️. Very rude and the customer service is bad too. This is the third time it happened. Really a worst experience.

One of the worst franchises I have ever seen. The guy last night just wanted to leave early he just kept telling customers that he can't give them anything because he already cleaned that area. So many customers turned away. Does he ever wonder where is pay comes from?Just bad service and attitude as I watch this guy turn people away one after another and not even in a nice way. I managed restaurants before and he would not last a day if I had anything to do with it.

Bring a treasure map if you want to find this Subway restaurant, because it's a bit of a treasure hunt. The location is in the basement of the MARS Discovery centre. There is a tiny food court and behold a Subway in the food court. Don't be embarrassed about asking for directions to this Subway, you won't be the first. The security desk at the MARS Discovery centre smile and nod that there should be better signs, but then again isn't this building the discovery centre. The location was clean, and the food fresh. There were plenty of places to eat, but drat!! no wifi. Perhaps one day Subway will have free wifi across all it's locations. A Richard Trus review.

Horrible service. Called ahead to see what time it closed and I came 30 mins before closing time and they said we are closed because business have been slow. Then I went in the morning at 10am and they said they couldn't serve me because they didn't have bread.... urgh. Then I came the next day for a egg salad sandwich at 12pm and the guy said sorry we are not serving breakfast now. Egg salad sandwich is available all the time. He was so incompetent.
