Did a mobile order to this location. Noticed a few things
The first is that this location charges more for their subs than other subway stores.
Secondly after returning home with my order the toppings on the sub were barely there. Apparently to get a regular amount of vegetables you have to ask for extra everything. They should be retrained on subway standards. Never had this issue with my old location.

I recently went to the store and had a very bad experience at the store. This male server I think he is Arabic, he is very rude not friendly and yells back at the customer. He prepares his food with no hygiene, wears glove to play on his phone before handling bread. I will report this to the CFIA.
This guy needs to be fired. From the past reviews that other people had. The owner of this subway location does nothing other than sending a useless link that directs you to nowhere. Lots of bad reviews on this guy and he’s still there.

The server was the worst server I’ve ever encountered with at Subway. Other subway locations, the servers are much better than this server. I made an order on May 30 and 1021AM. When I walked in, the server had the clear gloves on, texting on his phone. He burnt my sandwich, and when asked for extra cucumbers, he was giving so much attitude. On a foot long, I asked for extra pickles. He was raising his voice at me and making a mess of the sandwich. Having arguments with me. The worst customer service ever. Management needs to do something about him. Definitely will not come back. Shared my experience with friends as well. Do not come to this location. They have a very rude old server. No hygiene, no service.

I ordered a sandwich from this restaurant, because I had ordered from a different one and they made it wrong. I made sure it was input correctly, and it came to me with the same issue as the first one, toasted and no cheese. I checked and rechecked that I had ordered it right, and checked the receipt I received with the first one, both should have been right. I decided to cut my losses and call the second restaurant to ask about the sandwich, as far as I knew there was a cheese shortage, as both sandwiches came with the same issue. When I called the first time the lady hung up on me, and when i called back and explained that I had been hung up on, and to ask about the cheese, he was adamant that he remembered my sandwiches (I had not explained yet that I had ordered the two sandwiches from two different restaurants, he said he remembered making both of them), and that he put extra cheese on them. When I told him that I was looking at my sandwich and going through it with my fingers, that there was no cheese, he got immediately aggressive and started yelling at me and calling me a liar. I called at 1:39pm, the call was 4 minutes long. I reiterated multiple times that I was LOOKING at my sandwich and searching for the cheese and there was no cheese and I was just confused why there was no cheese. He just got more angry then hung up on me. This is the worst experience I have ever had with my subway, I order this sandwich every time and it has never been this wrong, I have never been called a liar, I was not even looking for a replacement sandwich, I'm sick and can't leave the apartment. I just wanted a reason if there was one, so I would know to order from somewhere else if there was a cheese shortage or something.

Ordered FL and asked for more salt and pepper but it is literally poison…more does not mean it should not be edible… veggies are not even fresh and very stingy while adding veggie. Literally paying 12.99 for absolutely nothing. Even after being the regular customer the service is not up to the mark. Literally threw away the entire sandwich. An African girl works there, she is the only one who is kind and patient and alwayssss makes sandwiches perfectly.

The workers there are very rude. Especially the Arab guy with the beard. A lot of kids go there for lunch and the way he speaks is not freindly what’s so ever. And the Arab female as well. I bring coupons but some how they never work there’s always an issue. But when I use them at other locations they work perfectly fine. They need to get retrained customer service is horrible.

Tucked in the back of a grocery store you'll find this food stand. I chose the Cuban Crunch and my partner had the Little Sicily. The lettuce was old, but not quite rotten yet. I wish the sandwich assembler would have told us she had hot fresh buns coming out, but we only saw them half way through construction. Not bad, but I probably won't go back.

I had a very bad experience here. The manager is very rude, I am not even sure he is the manager or not. But it’s an Arabic guy with a beard. A worker was making my sandwich and she was literally throwing things on the sandwich only because I asked her to spread the mayo and to toast my sandwich twice because that’s how I like my sandwich. Looked like she didn’t want to work and was frustrated because I asked her to do a few things that usually people don’t ask in subway. I don’t think so it’s wrong to make my sandwich a certain way because I like it that way. That’s customer service. That guy with beard misbehaved with me. And told me he is not going to serve me in future. The staff here gets personal. They need to be trained.

This location is very much hit or miss mostly miss. The ingredients or something always taste off. The service is fine otherwise. Maybe need to change out toppings sooner. I go to one on queen its always good.

Ordered my son a “veggie delite sub” even though the only chosen ingredient was shredded cheese. He doesn’t eat vegetables. Rcvd order- full of veggies. Got refunded through door dash and ordered again (at more cost becausesecond dasher deserves to be tipped as well. Again they sent the wrong thing!!!!!! My son now has no edible lunch because someone can’t read simple directions! Tried to call- phone defective so you can’t clearly hear them. Terrible service in every way!
