Went to this subway Oct 24th 2025 at around 2:30am, the worker there had just dealt with someone who had completely trashed their store, and he still very kindly made all of our orders despite the scary situation he was put in and was left to clean up the mess, he was the only one working tonight and I hope the rest of his shift was safe and pleasant. Thank you for the subs!

Terrible experience with this branch. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich which was showing available on the application. After few minutes, a person called me and said we don’t have this specific sandwich in stock and said you have to cancel your order by calling customer service even though it’s not my fault. You guys should have updated menu on application and if you don’t have any item in stock then you guys should be accountable for cancelling the order not me. Now i have to waste my time to refund money. Completely poor management and service.

Place sucks, they don’t know how to make a sub. They skimp on all the ingredients to save 10cents. All they care about is giving you as little as possible, and charging you as much as possible. Service is lazy and careless. If you want a sub go to jersey mikes in Union station. Way better service, and pay the same for way more meat. 20$ for vegetables and bread is ridiculous
