The food here is disappointing. I ordered a crispy teriyaki dish, but it tasted quite bad. When I inquired about the presence of crispy onions in my order, the person serving (who I believe is named Singh) was quite rude. Their customer service skills definitely need improvement. The management should consider providing them with proper training in customer service. It seems like they prioritize making money over enhancing the quality of their service. In my opinion, this branch ranks among the three worst Subway experiences I've had in Toronto. The other two branches are in downtown also had issues with pests like flies and rats.

This was the most haphazard sandwich making I've seen. Meat was just thrown on willy nilly and not spread out evenly. The lettuce was pale yellow. Even the veggies where just thrown on and not spread out evenly. Then it was cut 1/4-3/4. Very disappointing for a $16
