About 6 months ago, I ordered 2 subs for delivery that were virtually identical and one tasted as if an entire salt shaker had been dumped on it, rendering it completely inedible. I filled out an online complaint form and the owner, Mitu Patel, responded with a pre-filled out form and apologized for the poor service I experienced from his staff when I was in the restaurant. I have never stepped foot in that restaurant so he clearly doesn’t read any complaints sent. I filled out the same form multiple times and received identical emails to his first reply. I finally got ONE that was personalized and was offered a replacement sub (he also claimed that he never replied personally before because he didn’t have my contact info but that doesn’t explain how I was able to receive his careless, thoughtless form letters previously). That’s great but I have serious mobility issues and this location would be impossible for me to get to. I attempted multiple times to get Mitu to assist me or contact me or speak to me, all via the online form, but never heard back. This owner is untrustworthy. He told me his staff lied to him about the salt and he checked the cameras. I don’t need all these details, especially when he’s blaming his minimum waged employees. I’ll never order from here again. I will tell everyone in my 36 story building to avoid this location and I hope this review finds him so he can start showing some appreciation and respect for his customers. Farewell Mitu Patel

Bad service and poorly made sandwiches
Crazy bad service, me and my boyfriend stood there for 5min looking at her organizing the box without telling us to wait or greeting us to order, the whole time she took my order she had an altitude, people behind us just left because how slow and rude the service is. I will not visit here again

They always mess up your order one way or another lol
I ordered a sub and I can count how many lettuce pieces were in my sub. I asked for more and it was just a few more pieces. The sub didn't even look like it was packed with food when it was closed up.
I totally recommend trying out the other places right in front of their store instead. You will definitely get your value there instead of getting a sub from these guys

I was ordering food, and she THREW a box on the ground in anger. It was so loud, and all the drinks toppled out.
I was so hungry so I ordered. Watched her throw meat down and miss lol. She’s so unhappy, and it really made me sad to see. Especially reading the rest of these comments.
I hope you can take control of your life and be happy.

The Indian lady who is short is so mean I was trying to be friendly but she started rushing me and made me feel uncomfortable. The subway wasn’t busy it was closing time and the time was 8:45 (they close at 9AM) my friend asked for a cookie and he said he didn’t have enough cash and I gave my friend enough cash but she said I can’t serve you were closed when it was 8:45. She was a horrible person and the food was good I js didn’t like her service I asked for sause and she put a lot when I asked for 1 strip of sause (she put 3)

I recently visited this Subway location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me displayed a blatant lack of professionalism. Every time I asked a simple question about my order, she sighed loudly and gave me rude, dismissive looks, as if my presence was an inconvenience. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer service environment, and I left without placing an order because I felt unwelcome and disrespected. I strongly encourage management to address this issue to ensure future customers don’t experience the same poor service.

Restaurantji Recommends
Purchased a salad bowl for someone and the ingredients barely filled half way. Asked for slightly more lettuce and was informed it would be an extra charge.
Purchased a pizza melt sub on Italian herb and cheese. Not sure where the herb and cheese come into play (see pic). Marinara was extremely water and barely added. Ingredients were added as if the items were being rationed.
Staff were not pleasant to me or others that were being served.

The Rotisierre chicken sub I ordered was delicious. At 2:30 pm today, I made the decision to purchase an additional 6-inch sub. However, the young, short woman's demeanor seemed unprofessional. She made remarks implying that she was not deaf-friendly enough to accommodate me and that she didn't want to serve me again. This place needs careful instruction, in my opinion. The mindset of the workers needs to be changed. Not coming back here.

More interested in making my sandwich fast than well, even though there was no one behind me until half way through the order. Had to ask for more tomatoes (putting five, 1-inch Roma slices is ridiculous on a 12 inch Canadian Club), had to ask for more pickles, more cucumbers and to put on the olives I'd asked for. For $15 I'd expect more than 4 slices of turkey and ham, and even those had big holes and chunks missing (not folded nicely like other locations). Won't stop here again.
