The workers here are pathetic! They will lather so much sauce on your sandwich and make it soggy, you won’t be able to eat it. I’ve ordered from here many times via the app and at the register. In-person there are less chances of making a shit sandwich but DO NOT order online or on the app.

Just visited yesterday here at around 7pm the service was fantastic and real quick I guess her name is Prachi...the sub was too good and the service was best of all the subway's store I've visited!!

I just ordered a sandwich with the guy working there tonight and I think he was annoyed with me just going in and ordering. was really strange energy, I wasn’t even trying to be annoying I just simply said like hey I’ll pay for any extra stuff and he was visibly annoyed of my presence. It was uncomfortable vibe I don’t know if he just had a bad customer before me or maybe he doesn’t like black people but the way he was acting was like I was his enemy. I just went in to order something to eat and it was like I was ordering with someone who’s had beef with me for years 😂

It’s sad because I live close by and I always come here for something quick after work and usually the service is nice.. normal

I ordered 12 subs and even added extra sauce, but every single one was extremely dry. My mouth was hurting after just half a footlong. On top of that, the staff member was not welcoming at all, which made the experience even worse. Honestly the worst Subway I’ve ever been to.

I appreciate your reply, but this isn’t about how many “lines of sauce” were squeezed onto the bread. The sandwiches were genuinely dry, regardless of your “proof,” and that’s how the food was experienced. If customers are telling you the food is unpleasant, dismissing them as “foolish” and “ridiculous” isn’t exactly great customer service.

Good to know the security cameras got more attention than the actual customers. And thank you for proving my point And THE SUBS WEREN’T THE ONLY DRY THING HERE.

Worst customer service ever.
The staff member spoke in a dismissive way and gave incomplete information, She clearly didn’t know the answers and on top of that had an unnecessary attitude. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Edit: The food was also poorly prepared. It had too much lettuce and barely any onion or green pepper.
Never ordering from here again.

Firstly, I can see you had plenty of time to watch footage and write such a lengthy reply. Instead, that time should be invested in training your staff to follow Subway’s standards — something many other negative reviews here also point out. Always under staffed.
Using words like “foolish” and “ridiculous” towards customers, and even writing “you guys never satisfied that is your nature always complaining,” is unacceptable. This comes across as stereotyping and borderline racial. No professional business should ever address customers this way.
You claim your employee put 4 sauces — but we only requested 3. If you insist otherwise, either the wrong subs were given, or perhaps you need to check more carefully. As for the “extra sauce,” we received only a few very small containers for 12 footlongs, which clearly shows an attempt to cut corners and Mitul knows he made mistake. On top of that, the subs had barely any toppings — it was basically just bread.
Instead of blaming customers, try taking feedback seriously and improving your service. I genuinely hope head office reviews this situation, because experiences like this damage the Subway brand.
I wish you the best — but maybe try ordering one of your own subs near closing time and see if you enjoy eating mostly dry bread.

I had a great experience at this Subway location, thanks to Neel! We arrived just 5-7 minutes before closing, but he still greeted us with a friendly smile and took the time to serve us with patience and care. Neel made our visit enjoyable, and we really appreciated his positive attitude. Highly recommend this Subway for great food and even better service!

So I go in to get a sub on white bread and the person working says they only have whole wheat bread first of all this is subway u guys always should have multiple breads so disappointing just got off work too and wanted dinner for myself

Food is standard subway fair. Pretty good but not the best of the best. Staff seems to mix up orders and has given me someone else's sandwich multiple times. This is concerning as I have dietary needs and so might the customers who get my order. Please mark your orders before you wrap them!!!

Sandwich was mediocre and the toppings looked like left over ...the lady broke the baguette while cutting it...but she continued to make the sandwich like nothing happened...the toppings were like the dust on butterfly wings I had to ask for more ( understand it's recession and they need to save money but the prices went up so ...) the quality of the toppings is questionable

Visited subway at this location after a long time. The menu and sauces were new. I usually had grilled chicken but today I got to know it has been discontinued. But the employee Neel asked me to try teriyakyi chicken. It was delicious. Would recommend others to try. Also, he gave me a cucumber with new sauces to try on. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
