Awful experience, walked in and the guy working just stared at me with an annoyed look until I said something. No hello or anything. Didn't take off gloves to work the register, tore the sandwich while cutting it open, skimpy on the ingredients. Avoid

I ordered through DoorDash and received someone else's entire order instead of mine. The sandwich wasn't even close to what I requested. I'm frustrated that the restaurant accepted my order when they apparently didn't have the items I wanted, and DoorDash's complaint system isn't allowing me to file a complete complaint about this mix-up. Very disappointing experience - I just wanted the sandwich I paid for.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today, September 3, 2025, around 11:00 PM. The girl working at the counter was extremely rude, spoke with very limited English, and came across as arrogant and without basic manners. This made the entire visit unpleasant and uncomfortable. I expected better customer service, but unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. I will not be visiting this location again.

I ordered for pickup and upon getting there 20 minutes later was rudely told that it would be 2 more minutes. 5 minutes later I get told it’s ready and upon getting back home 3 minutes later my sandwiches were ice cold and missing many ingredients that I ordered. Upon getting home I also realized that there were other missing items that I had ordered. The sandwiches I received were also ripped in various places. Horrible service overall

Ordered a premium steak and cheese sub for pickup. Was barely any meat or toppings. Brought it to the franchisees attention and he said this was acceptable to him. All other Subways I have ever been to give two portions of beef for a footlong (one per 6") but this location spreads one across the entire sub resulting in barely any meat. They also will only give two small pieces of tomato per section or you will be charged extra. This was a $20+ sub. To Subway head office: this is why customers stopped eating at your restaurants- get your franchisees in check. Won't be back to this location or any subway as it is not worth the disappointment.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. came here around 20 mins ago for a pickup order that was made online at 9:40pm dec 15. a man was working and he was making two chicken teriyaki subs. one i could tell was mine. he dropped the chicken and cheese on the counter and used his hands to put it back on the sub. i asked him if i could get the other sub instead and he gave me so much attitude. while he was making my sub i asked for extra toppings and sauces. and he was so aggressive and gave so much attitude. at the end i asked for napkins and they weren’t any so he went to the back to get some and he slammed the box on the counter.

FYI, it's $6.95 in North York for a 6-inch sub, but $12 at this location for the same sub. Don't waste your $$ here, go to another location. There's many other restaurants in this area with fair prices. This is not it.

this cashier was not trained on customer service and now you subway folks started charging 15$ for bowl or 14$ for 6inch wow. and food and rice i have received that was like 1 week old rice. not fresh i could tell. if you did not had rice available you could have ask if i needed them at all.
they served BAD FOOD AND I AM FACING HEALTH CONCERN ON THIS.
I WILL REPORT IT TO FOOD DEPT TO INSPECT YOUR STORE.

I ordered a six inch, tuna sandwich on white bread with a small fountain drink. The bill came to 17$. I couldn’t believe it.

Not fresh. They were literally giving me rotten tomatoes. There were black rotten areas all over the tomatoes and the staff still put it on my sandwich. When I pointed it out he didn’t even throw it out, just removed the tomatoes and picked other ones from the same bowl that were less moldy/rotten. No regard for food safety.
